Rheinland semi-empty, Kusari empty, Galia empty, omicrons full of OC caps or Corsairs caps and Order indies. So remains only Liberty and Bretonia. I'll say Liberty

I visited the Omicrons. Their fleet can rustle up as large as the rheinland playerbase's can. The difference is, at least in the omicrons, they also fly bombers and snubcraft, not just tons of battleships.

The indies do, perhaps (but they do that everywhere) but the main faction and a few indies tend to fly snubs in Rheinland.

And that always surprises me, Rheinland ships and weapons ( and expecially the ships ) are slightly OP, the caps are not.
