I'm assuming you mean Republican's H fuel production with their Mannheim facility. To my knowledge only the producers of H are: GMG (most of their facilities), Samura (Hokkaido), Republican (Mannheim) and IMG (South Shields, minor producer).

Why wouldn't we attack the Gate "Construction" Site?
Because we would harm ourself if we damage the gate and that site is mostly run by DSE.
We also rather hit the mining operations as those are far worse to defend and that's where it hurts.
Why attack a good defended station if you can attack the freighters, transports and miners with far less problems?
Anyway, I hope the Gate Construction Site will be renamed with .86 to something like "[frenchy name] Outpost".
The construction is done there, only the lanes need to be finished, but I'm not sure if that's ever going to happen,
just like the lanes to Planet Harris in Tau-31.

lolno, try rethinking it. Gallia invades, takes over some of the taus, gets pushed back in 4.87(20 years) and Gallia is taken over by the council. Gallia doesn't do anything more than that.
