Ill tell you what Vrabcek said, the Unioners and the Bundschuh are hardly allied. The Unioners wont shoot you right away, but they also wont invite you for cookies and tea. So putting them to neutral might be better

I had two different encounters with |PSG|-members while playing my indie-RFP-character. In both cases you rather did not attack me but allied with our forces to either fight some pirates (Rorry's Renegades if I remember correclty) and once against a Liberty invasion in Hamburg.
First it was quite odd for me to be allied with an unlawful that did not want to attacke me at first, but from what I have learned from your OP your roleplay in this case was quite well.
Keep it up and Rheinland might have one more interesting party around.
