Back on topic, as far a leadership goes, if people have a problem with a certain person as the leader of a faction, why not create a faction structure that makes the leadership of the faction a group effort? That might remove any doubts from people that have personal problems with you, arthur.
And again, this is cool. I'd love to see this become a reality.

A merge between Synth Foods and Planetform would be a very interesting combination. Terraforming workers are typically on planets for long amounts of time. Who could be better than Synth Foods to send them food and supplies? Meanwhile, Planetform could create the agricultural planets that Synth Foods needs to its food production. This is a brilliant match. Plus, it increases activity in Bretonia and Kusari.

If I wanted to start a faction, I couldn't care less what the community thought about me as a person.
That said, there is already an OSC faction on the make, and I'd like to see a planetform faction, it has room for plenty of RP. The merge with synthfoods ofc is a much better idea.

I saw some OSC flying around today, I mean a tagged OSC liner.
There seems to be a group trying to get OSC back to life.
Overall there are many factions which lack activity.
Having Planetform and Synth Foods merge would make some sense indeed, even though that wouldn't happen iRL, it could happen here. The Problem is, those factions have ingame only one purpose: Trading. Nothing else.
It all boils down to forum RP for Planetform and Synth Foods pretty much doesn't do anything else than food trading. Still doubt that'll change the "inactivity"-situation for those factions.
If you really want to, try a Synth Foods faction. As already said, that gives LWB and AFA some action.
Difficult factions. Just like DSE, Cryer, Ageira...etc.
And I couldn't care less who leads a faction, as long as he leads the faction how it should be led and isn't a behind to everyone else...and can be talked to. (<- that means "being open for criticism")

I was going to make a Synth Foods faction, but then I looked at the activity tracker and saw that there is a Synth faction and it just barely makes the minimum requirements. It crushed my dreams like a rock crushes scissors.

Only thing left is the coffin and the grave. After all, all the peeps in it were mostly pirate folk, and we tend to not take a shining to mindless trade. That, and one of the probs we ran into was that all the peeps who wanted to forum RP with us and contract terraforming either A)started to ignore us or B) weren't prepared for how detailed we wanted to get.
That being said, i would like to see a PF Synth faction, but honestly, snak3, your a great leader, have good ideas, and know the day to day runnings of a faction like nobody business.....
But you can't bloody forum RP for jack, and, IMHO freaking Sina was much, much better at diplomacy and being diplomatic than you.
