Now, here's the deal guys; you -cannot- sue people, -unless- money is involved. The laws state you may not use copyrighted material for profit, and since everything here is free, your claims are null and void, Indigo.
If I see any more posts about this lawyering balderdash, there will be dire repercussions. Indigo, I am warning you personally; if you continue to hound Simsonator, and especially with giving out personal information or even the threat thereof, I will talk to Igiss and have you removed from these forums, and quite possibly from this server.

Both...there's a Schizm...some are populist, and others would rather just make money.
The foundation of the group was as a populist movement, but as with everything in sirius, Corruption has seeped in.

Yeah, the Bundschuh are probably the least corrupt of all the Rheinland pirates, but even then, they hold onto but a shadow of their original ideals.
The Hessians, whilst the most successful of Rheinland's pirates, have gone way off track and have begun an attempt to conquer Corsair space in the Omegas, which has nothing to do with their original goals.

I would like to see this faction take the less idealistic route actually, since Hessians are meant to be lowdown, dirty pirates, and the RHA already buck that trend, being a force for revolution instead.
Maybe the Hessian Tears could be more like ruthless pirates?

Good idea. I've never thought about it before. That is probably because I am used to ignore the tags and play by vanilla storyline. NovaPG are Blood Dragons, SA are Liberty Navy, Red Hessians Army even isnt Red Hessians Army, they are Red Hessians on the whole:DI just toleplay myself as an ordinary Hessians with fancy tag. [Matt is joined because an opportunity presented itself and it was a logical thing for him to do, hes not much of a freedom fighters, but also not an opportunist. Just a guy working hard for better tommorow, I guess]

I don't know what went on earlier today, apparently i just missed it.
ad for your questions:
the ship limitations: basiclly, this is just a wing in the Hessian forces, that means it is based on fighters and bombers, very little GBs and two cruisers as flag ships/ flying base of operations
the ranks are more of a formality and something that helps RPing in both battle, and in the everyday routine. side from that, it's something that is fun, and some way to show appriciation towards devoted players.
maybe we will add limitation on individual ships, but i doubt it, due to the pretty limited ship roster we offer already.
now, as for the suggested way of conduct towards our place in the world as hessians.. the goal of the HT is to come back under the fold of the RHA, so opposite views on the hessians as a whole will be a bit problematic to that story line. but we will think this over and see if it can fit inside the plots.
