Dude, you're really starting to be annoying with your Q_Qing about IMG ships. Go find someone who can completely re-make IMG shipline and talk with devs about it. You're not going to get anything this way.
EDIT: Look at the Outcasts. They still don't have own snub shipline, even if it's one of the most powerful factions. They build GBs, Cruisers, Battleships, Dreadnoughts but can't build their own snubs. It's silly, but I dealt with it. No point in complaining.

Personally, I like the update (even if I didn't saw much of it yet), and I believe that these small updates (I had one today) will fix everything. And as for Lthoasdasdedseasme, well, I'm flying it right now (before I change it to Nyx), and I actually like it. It's old-stylish, miner-like fighter. IMG is mining faction after all. Oh, and Nyx, Pytho and others originally were created for CR, but just because IMG had no their line, they shared it.
