I'm sorry that so much work was put into gallia but I've got to say it. its gonna be almost dead at best. The new system are isolated from the rest of sirius because the only entrance is through the 85 systems, and the only entrances to them are through isolated systems as well. add in not many inter gallia traders, strong npc's, and few popular choke points in gallia means there wont be much pirate activity.
The best thing so far is that gallia actually has a presence in the taus that isn't completely off the beaten path. but really I dont see any reason for say a freelancer from NY to fly to gallia.
