Those stripes, they are meant to be something like
digital signature you know? And I needed to fill the black
space between 'THE LANE HACKERS' and 'RANK'..

This competition will end when we are satisfied with the new images that we want to use. Any LH members are welcome to give their input here.
I like the stripes in Clayph's image mainly because they easily show where that rank fits into our structure. But stripes could instead be something else...maybe circuits or micro-chips.

Clayph, try desaturating the images of the ships, adjusting their contrast/ brightness to match, then color them uniformly.

I put them here for better comparision. First of all, frames of Rank Insignia should have same colour as our banner. Secondly spyglass is unrecognizable, need to be fixed. I think that other ships looks fine only what I would change is to set them to the same angle and slope couse there are to big diffrences between them. I think that Sabre's arrangement should fit best as a point of departure for setting other ships. I wish to see LH gunship just a little bit bigger then it's now, but not too much.
I have found matrix code font (attached) Should fit fine as a background. Same is used in a banner.
Anyway I hope to see more propositions.
