Back in 2008 before the component damage boost was gone from ships I had a Raven's Talon with 2 Paralyzers and a Sunslayer torp that could literally one shot any fighter. Fun times.

I've done the exact opposite of that, fighting a LN gunboat with a Bactrian... I died, but damn I did some damage.
I have a multi purpose Percheron thats done trading, smuggling, assisted in piracy, openly attacked navy and Millitary forces, escorted traders, been used as bait to draw out pirates, bot fed pirates. It dies alot but there's a certain pleasure gained from fighting in a ship really not meant for combat. The 9 out of 10 times you die is more then made up for in the 1 time you actually kill something.

I used to fly an LN Repair ship into cap fights. Not really something you see anymore.
I also bought a BS Flak just to use as fireworks for new year, but thats more unusual gear than unusual ship.
