Same to Osiris patrols in Eta, awaiting to be blown up. Simple:)

Well now OCs and Sairs have to fly long in rocky areas, which is not cool for caps. Sigmas could be a new battlefield.:rolleyes: That may rise activity there and in Kusari.

Can't we simply put heavier weapons on the docking rings? I mean you managed to put EMP weapons on them, but that alone doesn't seem to be enough.
