Heh, how are you going to pirate a Cap ship if you can't stop him without doing enough damage to his shields to make it 'legal' for him to fire on you? :P :laugh::crazy:

CP: *laughs "See ya suckers" and takes off

PiP: "we gonna sanction this guy under 6.7"
*makes report....

Admins: *looks at PiP sanction, laughs and files it in the round file.
