Hmm. PSI-Borg, Shard, Harveys, etc...
Neurotic cyborgs, of those I only know two. Shadow and Avenger.
Just plain old cyborg pilot types I know of four. Lead, Two, Three, and Four of Marauder Squadron...
Aaand then the ever popular GJ. Nice guy. Combat AI gone haywire out in Bretonia. ((Is now self-aware, doesn't shoot first though))
