Here's a secret pro tipp from my sleeves:
After each lost duel, try bumping your head at least 10 times on the next wall. Quite hard. Don't cheat, make sure each hit is the real thing, really excruciating hard. Only by this secret shaolin method of punishing yourself, you'll gradually acquire the necessary aiming. The brain will be massaged, the endorphines flow. Reflexes are efficiently trained and it'll harden your body.
Don't forget to shut the doors; your parents don't wanna see this mess.

That's just the proceedure to make me rage everytime I lose, my mind doesn't work that way, the skull would turn into bone powder before learning to aim:P

Do you stay chilled when you're trying to shoot people?
Both just mind tricks... But I can't aim at all unless I'm calm.

I can't be calm in a fight, my style is panic-based, and when I do stay calm and shoot, I end up eating ALL the other guy's shoots, but when I'm panicking I'm nigh-untouchable.
What happens is when I shoot the mouse goes all around the dot, it never connects and alll bullets go to a side, of 10 shots, 1-3 bullets hit.

Man.... Everyone has met a barge but me? I really have to try attacking one
I've won only like 2 pvp outside of conn, inside like 4, but LOADS with missiles
