All kusari exiles ships are allowed in there already, been that way for a while.

Yes but its always nice to touch base before showing up in someone's home with military-grade weapons. We'll be starting diplomacy soon at which point I expect Roussillon will be added.
Just because the Exile ID is allowed somewhere doesn't mean IKN is allowed there. Perhaps the Council is worried about Daichi Kogen being a usurper? Who knows? We don't want to assume anything.

Oh no you misunderstood me.
When we wrote the Council's laws, we added a list of who is allowed in Roussillon and who is not. Kusari Exiles always has been there. Like, any Kusari Exile can go there freely at will - be it IKN| or an indie.
EDIT: Not that I mind roleplaying anything of course, just for general knowledge.

Also as a further ZOI note since some people have asked this, if you see us in Coronado or heading that way its not totally inRP, we don't want to go there, but there's a laundry list of things that the devs didn't add to exile bases and flying over to Barrier Gate is the easiest way to get them. Considering the Yamaguchi is essentially a guard base selling AU8s, caps, and everything else these exclusions are odd, and sadly won't be able to be fixed until after .87 so I've been told.

- Debilitators or shield-busting weaponry
- Light Fighter Shields
- Missiles
- Bomber guns
- SNAC/Nova Torpedoes
