normally i would after sending a warning and such as we dont want another Holman to happen (and for those who dont know a stray shot from the Battleship Nagasaki hit Holman kill about 128 civilians) but i dont exactly want to be gangbanged by an entire fleet who outmatch in terms of numbers, technology and ships every single time i issue a warning and try to flee the area

Well... The thing you had the main issue with was the phantom, ad that was fine. The hacker shooting two IMG npc's then calling in a fleet to take you down? Well somehow I don't think they called it in... Fights and OC dessies are a bit like flies and poo.
Phantoms like a good bit of destruction, and if they had been passing through and saw you getting shot by outcasts and LH, then of course they would give a hand, and the LH... well, you had asked them to stop what they were clearly enjoying doing.
RP seems fine to me.

i am unsure as to if they called it in via PM/group or something but soon as i gave out that warning i had two factioned LH members with another indy LH gunboat around me and the Freeport within a few seconds, a minute at most
and there was no fighting going on when he was arriving, it broke out soon as it had got to Freeport 4

What? A Phantom can't fly his big ship every once in a while? Every time I take out my Osiris I seem to get pounded for it, even though I hardly fly it (mostly fly my fighter and bomber). Phantoms only have two battleships total... T.T
Anyway... Lane Hackers seemed very agitated over something crude that Ian said... Or something. As for the IMG NPC's that the Hacker was supposedly shooting, it may have been an accident. I've done it before... I know for a fact the IMG goes hostile while doing Hacker missions and whenever Gateway, etc. flies by. Differentiating between different faction NPC's isn't usually priority when there is just a crap-load of starfliers. Not to mention all experience I've had with IMG players is that they seem to hate the Hackers A LOT. Which is... Weird. I was sitting in Magellan and got a message from an IMG guy over system chat saying something along the lines of: "Hackers beware! I am clearing this system of pirates!"
Note: I WAS THE PHANTOM. IT WAS MY OSIRIS, THE HELLBOUND. Yes, I did kill him... But I had business to do with the Hackers, as I want the HF to start to appreciate the help of the Phantoms and ditch their allies in the AW. Lane Hacker faction is of no help, so far.

what system was you in apart from Magellan? because no-way have i ever said that before!
and well
all i said was "<name here>, stop disrupting the trade lanes and leave the area NOW!" after he shot 2 IMG vessles and the trade lanes, and he clearly did not shoot them by accident. i have no idea what IMG vessels you have seen around but i do not hate Hackers at all, atleast up untill this point i didnt, because whenever i have been RP'ing with a few of them when i was protecting the Freeport it was actaully all good without any insults while arguing why Liberty is or isnt a great place to be etc
Xtriton, there was and that is what i was trying to enforce since it is an IMG freeport when i got gangbanged by the lot of them

but yeah, attack on freeport should be something hackers shouldn't do lightly... after all it seems, if not their main supplier then their emergency supplier of anything for life
