Rheinland Cruiser is fairly good and extremely noob-friendly, but can be taken out with a bit of skill.

True, but RM Cruiser still requires skill to kill BS in it. It could be noob-friendly, but every cruiser needs skill to kil a BS. And RM Cruiser is good vs other cruisers if you know how to Turret Steer.
