While I understand that long ago discussed topics are hard to dig out by (relatively) new players I'm surprised that even experienced players forgot about the outcome of the old discussion: Abuse.
Like anything else it's a commodity which needs to be stay as commodity or you will alter the gameplay with all the nasty consequences.
If you want to roleplay a crew do it as it's done over the last years by a lot of players.

If you wanna RP an experienced crew, learn to shoot and fly better.
