Was a fun fight I came in late but held in to the end ,Took out a couple of Corsair fighters but most of all had fun great job on both sides guys.

You are correct on the straightline head on attack runs by some of the fighters at your big ole cap ship Tenacity.. Most of the group of fighters were new players & that was their first big raid. I passed that info along to them in our vent & thank you for the advice.
I was hammering on you for a good 8 minutes.. doing the old circle the wagon train, pop a torpedo & run manuver when I noticed my thuster was outta gas.. This was about the same time I seen a flash from that big ship & I was space pixie dust..
Now.. who fired that stray Torpedo that knocked the server down? I gotta ship to patch up dang it!!

heh, i noticed a lot of 'incoming torpedo' messages... Odd, I thought everyone used supernovas nowdays.
Couple countermeasures here and there, plus my drifting, and they werent a problem. My shields went down once and I used up all my shield bats, but by the end of the fight I had no hull damage and had used no bots...

Almost makes me sad that I'll soon be replacing the dessie with an underpowered zoner gunboat =(
Better for RP, but I'll end up being pretty useless in these big fights. Gunboats die so quick in mass pvp =/

Yeah, how many times have you restated the events of the fight in different words in this thread? Just saying man, look at our join dates, then look at our post counts. Anyways, I'll have to have a word with those new Sabres, I'll hammer some training into them. Pity I'm gonna be gone for most of today, late tomorrow, and the first half of Tuesday.

Ahh come on, I even TOLD them why this was stupid. I flew around in my 101st for a while and there were tons of people sitting around in Alpha asking me to lead a raid on Gamma, I refused and told them that they were not to go there under any circumstances...stupid.

It was fun, to me who won is irrelevant. Good mix of ship classes, server held up and there was minimal lag.
