It's irrelevant about whether he was in group or not, if any of the other two were still in system. However if they weren't then neither of you broke the rules, unless you were arguing this point in system chat.

I tend to find that cabbage can be digested in under 20 minutes if you eat it raw. Four hours is long enough to digest a small quantity of spam but I won't judge you for it.
