That is, I think, an issue with how bases themselves actually work. RE: question answered. I will point out a few things though. Samura may be over represented in the government, so I would say that the Kishiro leader should add his 2IC in there as maybe you should be added too. I will also say that the only input I have put in there so far has been to back Kishiro as I too find them under represented for how they should be. Hogosha has no representation in there at all. And a move was made to bring in a new P.M with no connection to any of the factions to bring about a fair viewpoint. If you wish I will gladly add you myself into that chat and we can start to make it better. Now the base in question, yes I find it a bit silly that it sits there shooting GMG ships, a number of paths were suggested that involved the GMG faction and that base being forced to change. Alas not many were interested. Unfortunately the strongest rally for that base came more from the non-Samura side, go figure. Hogosha are not just Samura's lapdogs that is the Farmers, Hogosha have done quite a bit of changing sides to snuggle up to Kishiro with the change of government and this too has caused Samura to rethink it's relationship with them. If Ryoken wants to lob a few mortars at the base for firing on civilians, I say good on him and it does suit his RP so why not. But Ryoken, please don't have such low words towards the other captain, Trail's RP was every bit as good as yours, a lot would say better. How about RP'ing it out as you say you like to do instead of just trying to sanction bait someone eh? So to sum it all up, Yao, please think about coming into the government, it could use you. RE: Topic changed to OORP POBs, and OORP they cause - perdoller - 03-06-2013 Try the real-life attack on a police officer. RP differs only way to start a PvP but no consequences, ID, in principle, does not matter, the police and military for their rights - the same as freelancers. And their rights are much less that it is strange. No wonder there is in prison, I think it would be logical to catch destroyed pirate and sell it in a semi-ban in prison for their crimes. Maybe, depending on the level and timing of the game penalty differed from a few minutes to hours with confisсating weapon and ship. Then the official ID would be a real opportunity and reason for RP. For now there is PvP server with no defferences of ID's. RE: Topic changed to OORP POBs, and OORP they cause - SMGSterlin - 03-06-2013 I find it funny how Ryoken calls the base OORP, and complains about it being OORP. But his own hatred and attacks on the base is fueled by his own OORP hate of it. Irony and hypocrisy gentlemen, that is all. We seen what happens thus with a recent renegade Liberty carrier. That would be like it is for the navy vs offcal navy. When one guy does it, he gets his carrier turned to a starflier, when another guy does it, nothng happens. The hogosha base fires on lawful ships that a lawful kusarian would have no reason or right to fire on, and its doing it right in front of New Tokyo, and normally the KNF would do something about that. It's oorp. It's stupid. It's mean. It's douchebaggery. Ryoken's hatred is fueled by people putting an oorp-acting base right in front of New Tokyo and both KNF and admins not doing anything against it. No one is getting any answers from this so called "GOVERNMENT" that does not exist. Actually there is a Kusari prime minister. Have any of you that are complaining even tried to contact him INRP or were you just planning to keep whining about how's he's not responding to the communication you've never sent him? Do you think if that base infront of Manhattin went Junker IFF, and started shooting BHs and Kusari traders that Liberty would allow it to remain there? NO! It would be totally OORP Of course this would not be allowed. It sounds like you are saying that we should use Liberty as the bench mark and require all houses to act the way Liberty would act in a given situation and accuse them of being OORP if they don't. Hypocrisy, you're all Hypo's.
