My indi navy ship goe's to cali, and Texas all the time. But trader's do not report where they are being pirated(probly because they have slave's), and without a location? well it will be over before i find you.

Eight times out of ten, I've been pirated near Mojave.
Once was in a trade lane, inbetween Mojave and NY, and the other was at the Mag JG.

So far we've the numbers to patrol, the ships are in que to be renamed and we have a fighter force ready to go. In RP its just a simple matter of redirecting NA and NC funds to the new united LN.

But aren't they in theory already integrated into a single navy command, and what's being done is that a middle echelon simply gets removed? All that happens is that the northerners get a few new admirals to replace the others and there's the usual ton of paperwork. Right?

Well, not only that, but you'll have lots of rogue Northerners not wanting to integrate, possibly starting a civil war.
