Just remember that your behind won't be covered by the rules if you try to bribe a Xeno and he shoots you after taking your donation.

That is how it was. It was considered as an insult. We never accepted any type of bribe. Either you complied with the directive of dropping your cargo, or you were sent home in little pieces.

There we go, I was wondering when you'd post. And yeah, that does make sense. Glad to know I was doing it right this time instead of smacking Zoners.

it also has that "may treat as combat target" line vs. foreign transports

In my opinion this depends of the specific RP.

ID cards are so screwed in that version, overlooks and mistakes are common now so I don't believe ID infocards. If Xenos don't pirate for money, how they make their money, trading with HF? Relying on donations from USI? Again, as Nutline pointed out, it nowhere says Xenos are not allowed to ask for money, it may be another overlook or mistake there's no piracy line in that ID.

Admin say on this topic could be nice.

There is your "admin say."

We sell our cargo on the black market and use it if we must. We get donations from common people who relate to our cause or take pity. It could easily be said that excess money donated to soup kitchens we run is used for xeno assets. That along with large corporate funding from USI.
