This won´t solve anything I guess. DPC´ are like Northern Korea. You can make peace talks as many times as you want. Even if you fulfill all their demands except "we want to rule the word", there will be peace only for some time, until Kim Doj-un one day wake up hungry to make problems again to all, sometimes including actions like firing at neighbours or sinking their ships (in our case, hacking the server).
