Miguel, the reason why Stingray was being friendly with them is because stingray is a SA black ops. He infiltrated us to try get info on AW situation.
We knew that from the4 beginning, and feed him with fake info. If you see him around, feel free to blow him up. He is of no use to us any longer. (read: Stingray is Nusebull in disguise).
We are now going to erase the SA out of the map. We had enough out of them. The AW, HF possibly the Bs, and other allies will destroy them, and we will be sure that they don't come back again.

So, i have received word that a war has broken out in the mother land once again. If you require me to brake my Serious system ships out of their moth balls and join in the fight just let me know.
I can have the USNSC Shanon and her commander, Methos, head out for Serious in the morning, they should arrive some time during the week. In the mean time, the [NK]K-A_Koss is in the area and should be able to help.
On a happier note, the USNSC Chicago has been working vary successfully at securing massive amounts of materials for the construction of our fleets here in Ikao. We have already secured 1.5 mill in trit and 1,25 mill in plaj. We have a BC in the works and are trying to secure a BP for a Battleship within the week.
Public release is fast approaching and I need to know what kind of allies we will have at the beginning. I need to know whats going on with the Obsidian Knights and if they are still going to be our main ally.
I will contact you on a live link as soon as possible to discus in more detail.

AW GENERAL ORDER
Ok people ill cut to the chase. I have seen some AW tagged chars flying ships id rather NOT see them flying (in other words HOUSE MILITARY CAP SHIPS) i have discussed this with Dab and judgement is still to be passed on their future in our fleet (except yours Gezza you made a good RP story about it) so i wouldnt invest a fortune in them until we have decided
NOW the following protocol is now in place:
1) EVERYONE (including Dab and Korrd) are to PM me with a list of ALL of their AW associated ships. You have until next Wednesday before i start annoying you for them.
2) From now on if you want to buy a new AW cap ship then you must PM ME first and tell me what it is going to be (ie Zoner Jugg, Corsair GB etc.) AND you must NOT buy it until I PM you back giving you permission to buy it.
3) Failure to follow this policy will result in you having to make a large contribution to the AW Treasury (in otherwords you will be fined) If Dab or Korrd dont comply then well i cant boss them around i can make their lives living HELL.
If you have any questions then ask me when you PM me your shiplists. So you all beter get those lists PM'd

OOC POST: Finally... I'd help make Dabs life hell, just for the sake of it, but unfortunatly this stupid internet thing means I can't...:(Ah well.
BTW: I suggest you make a list of ships that we can and can't use..? I think it'd make it a lot easier if we know what we can and can't have.
ALSO: I fully support this idea, I don't care what Dab says about us being able to get all the ships from any house... we say that we use Zoner ships, but so far I haven't actually seen many AW tagged Zoner ships, except Juggernauts of course..
EDIT: I'd ask DBoy if we could use a few Osirises. We're allies, they could use the Zoner Juggernaut in return if they want something in return.

OOC: Previously the shiplist was allowing anything except the Kusari and Bretonian House Capships.
That is currently under review (as you can see above). I'll be working on a new shiplist for the next few days with input from Korrd and Alpha, and perhaps contacting the leaders of the House Militarie (Kane - RM / Zepphos - SA / Firebird - SF / Nadir - KNF.
As of right now I can say that all Zoner ships will be allowed, as will Outcast ships.
All pirate ships aligned with the Outcast side of the pirate war are also allowed. Corsair ships are a maybe, but likely not.

We can use Zoner ships, as usual. Outcasts have never denied us any ship, and we have the RH ones that we scavenged / captured from our RM... hmm... "Invasion"... of sorts.
But i don't think that the rest of the pirate groups, save the hackers, would allow us to use their ships. As we have been slaughtering them with our "no piracy" policy.
Kusari has been our ally in the past. But their leadership has been so unstable this last years (read, the Kusari curse), that their status regarding AW changes with the wind... I don't know if they agree, or not, to sell us military ships. A diplomatic mission could be in order to establish this new government's position toward us.
Forget about getting Bretonian ships. We are almost all the time at war with them. They will never allow us to get their ships, same about liberty ships, as it's SA dominion.
The only thing I'm not sure about is the position of The Order. We have a friendly relation with them since long ago. I wonder what their ship export policies are...

Well sir my opinion is simple, NO HOUSE MILITARY SHIPS EVER ( OOC:again except from gezza's because of his story) because to be honest they would never give us them and if we got some they would cry theif and that will cause more trouble than their worth.
