After action report:- 24/01/835 A.S.
Subj: Omicron Patrol

Good afternoon,

Brief after action summary of what was learned on 24/01/835 A.S.

Myself and Sakura conducted another routine patrol from Omicron Theta to Omicron Delta. This time we were using scouting craft having spotted heavy Order forces the previous day. It would appear today was no different. We encountered a group of warships around Freeport Eleven in Delta. Although the encounter from then on became more unusual. Initially we spotted three Order warships lingering in close proximity to the station, both me and my escort at this stage were running dark so were not noticed by the posturing force.

However some moments later a Corsair battleship identified as a 'Legate' class approached the station. Some conversation (comms traffic recordings attached below) ensued before the Corsair Battleship proceeded to engage the station. The odd thing initially was one of the Order captains declared the Corsair was under their protection, although this in itself was strange to me, things became even stranger when some time later after some exchange of words, the Order forces engaged the Corsair warship.

At this stage Leviathan had appeared on the scene and the decision was made to strike the Order warships, so we did. Although this also did not go as initially thought as some time later another Corsair gunboat mysteriously appeared and opened fire on us. It was at this point we decided to destroy them all, Corsairs and Order. As a result my documentation becomes somewhat fragmented as I was in the middle of combat. I believe the gunboat was flying Deterrence colours although I have no documentation of the ship unfortunately. I was advised later this was a misunderstanding however.

Once the hostile vessels were destroyed, me and my escort returned to Omicron Theta to link up with the Titania. We had intended to reposition into Omicron Delta as a formation, although on our return we later encountered Phoenix vessels clustering around the Freeport. Ones of whom then decided to attack the now vast Corsair force present in the local area. We opted to rig for silent running at this stage as a force that size regardless of affiliation posed an operational risk to the carrier. We monitored until the Phoenix vessels were inevitably destroyed by the Corsair forces as they were numerous, once that was done the Corsair fleet withdrew back to Omicron Gamma based on local comms traffic.

I did not record the individual ships themselves this time as we had to maintain a safe range from the large engagement and any imagery of the vessels taken at that range would not prove useful. We will continue to monitor the situation in the Omicrons as things develop. I shall provide further updates on this uplink.

Vengeance out.

Subj: Gammu

Good evening,

After a patrol within the Omicrons, we've returned to Corfu. Arriving there, we've met a friend there. Jackson Hengelstein, pilot of the Pygar Watchman. He has approached us with a load of samples from destroyed Core drones. AI fragments from them to be precise.

They are currently safe and secure within an isolated unit on board the Archangel. He was willing to part with them for a price of 50,000 SC. He is willing to collect more of them for us if we need them. In addition, he is also willing to collect more than just that. Weaponry, shield emitters and thruster arrays that were seemingly adapted by the Core.

The individual in question seems to be on par with our ideologies. He seems to despise the Core for what they are doing or have done with AI vessels and their home. However, caution is advised while dealing with him. He spoke openly about his order-roots but confirmed that he severed these ties many years ago. His dislike for the Order is almost on par with that of the Core. He did not reveal however, how he manages to acquire these samples. It still remains a mystery.

I am willing to strike a deal with Hengelstein, if the Phalanx approves.

Sakura out.

After action report:- 25/01/835 A.S.
Subj: Omicron Zeta- Fleet Engagement

Good afternoon,

Brief after action summary of what was learned on 25/01/835 A.S.

Myself and Sakura conducted another routine patrol from Omicron Theta to Omicron Delta as we have done numerous times before. However on arriving at the intended patrol path, we encountered a lone Order fighter. We opted to pursue under cloak and see where he went. Turns out there was a large Order force, larger than we've seen to date, gathering in proximity of Planet Palmyra.

After some time observing an equally large Core force appeared from the direction of Capetown. Based on the posturing it looked like the two sides were fighting to establish control over the system. The Core side prevailed on this occasion and withdrew towards Capetown. Although despite a survey around the system it isn't exactly clear what they had hoped to achieve by such destruction.

We did obtain some vessel classes and imagery to accompany this report however due to the sheer volume, it was impossible to document them all. I will attach some images of the conflict from my ship mounted camera, I did not have a drone with me this time so we will have to make do with ship mounted cameras instead.

We'll continue to monitor as always as things develop. More updates to follow.

Vengeance out.

DISPLAYING MESSAGE

Etheric here, with the after-action report of the capital combat near Planet Gammu.

Our combined Technocracy and AI forces - spearheaded by Hesione and the mars - clashed in proximity of Planet Gammu's orbit with a sizeable Core strike force, spearheaded by the two Bullhead-class battlecruisers Addis Abba and Bissau, composed mostly of several fightercraft and a mass of both Sturgeon-class and Pleco-class gunships. Present was also a Corsair strikeforce led by the Battlecruiser Vis and - apparently - a token force of Phoenix Zoners led by their flagship, the Hyperion, which seemed to have not actively intervened in the clash.

Below, the outcomes as I have gathered:

- The Mars itself has been severely damaged during the first combat wave, which forced her withdrawal towards Gammu's lower orbit: her drone contingent has indeed suffered multiple losses, as did both our own forces and the AI drones; my own bomber has been damaged during combat as well, yet I made it out relatively unharmed. Nevertheless, even with our sustained losses, we managed to combat the Core forces and deal significant damage to them. However, the Mars is currently in a disabled state due to the heavy damage sustained - I'll leave the proper course of action to the Council.

- The Addis Abba has been completely destroyed by our forces in the first wave of combat, with the Bissau sustaining griveous damage itself on the following wave, forcing the latter's own disengagement from the combat zone: its last vector was towards Omicron Delta, likely at Durban for repairs. Several gunships did sustain damage from our forces, although their screening firepower was indeed of quite the magnitude. It seemed that, after the Mars being disabled, they focused on the Corsairs - what resulted exactly is currently unknown, although they have attempted to destroy the Vis.

- Speaking of which, the Vis and her forces sustained heavy damage as well, forcing her consequent withdrawal from the active zone. I heard rumors, however, of Corsair pilots opening fire on our AI allies - yet that remains to be proved in full. In addition, a sudden ionstorm wracked the entire Omicron Kappa system - there is a rather high probability that the Vis used that as a chance to flee to safety.

That is all for the report. Standing by for further orders.

Etheric, out.

Reporting in some success on the front at Omicron Kappa. Fellow comrades on scene were me, Venus, and Etheric.

Unfortunately, according to the regional Commander, some of our forces were not available to reinforce the siege.

With what resources we were able to spare, we managed to do a substantial number of damage to their overwhelming forces. My vessel personally lasted a long while before requiring emergency refuel and resupply. Though it has been costly on our side, we managed to cripple one of their Battlecruiser detachments. One escaped. It should be noted the Core overcommited a numerous amount of Gunship craft, one that may have cost them in their supply and reach on the battle. As mentioned by Etheric, the overview of the strategic assets remains available there. For whatever reason, the Phoenix saw fit to assist the Core... This is not something we shall forget, not after efforts to invade us, and their efforts to keep the AI oppressed.

But now: Gammu, has a chance to breathe once more. And it is time we renewed the agreements with the Deterrence in light of these changes. We have also sent down a squadron to reclaim the old Embassay on Gammu, should anything remain there.

There is much to be done, and so few of us. So we must work harder to ensure the future is paved with hope. Especially now that these alien sites across the Sector now emerge.

Etheric reporting in, after successfully returning to home space from the Omicrons.

I stopped by Fontana Freeport for a break after the rather long trip, and there I heard rumors of a chain of events that took place in nearby Ontario - which made me depart Fontana at once, to briefly return to Point Alpha and employ my nimbler fightercraft for a system-wide sweep pattern. Speaking of which, I'm uploading the pattern data now:

[::> Inverness Jump Hole, Georgian Ice Field > Planet Sudbury, outer orbit > North Ontario Debris Sea > South Ontario Debris Field (stop at Thunder Bay for refueling) > California Jump Gate, relative vicinity > Inverness Jump Hole, Georgian Ice Field <::]

From the system-wide sweep, along with a parallel check with the previous Ontario navmap data in my possession, I noticed the following changes:

- Starting from the Georgian Ice Field, it is as always teeming with Xeno patrols; however, the amount of patrols has diminished as of late and has mainly focused around the Xenos' local esablishment within the field. Long-range scans detected the presence of a capital-grade vessel moored nearby, but no additional data on it was obtainable as it would've meant entering Xeno-restricted space and likely attracting the nearby patrols and static defenses.

- Leaving the ice field behind, I moved to Planet Sudbury's orbit: the energy readings seem to have remained - as per the readings I took as a precaution - rapid, extremely volatile and ever changing for every reading report I have filed and uploaded, as does the energy beam's relative position and angle with Sudbury itself as the origin vector. What concerns me, however, is the heightened LSF movement in the area: there is a rather high probability that they might attempt to break into the planetside structure from which the strange energy signatures - and the beam - seem to originate from. If they succeed, it could spell disaster for the system itself...or worse, considering the vicinity to the now-desolate Alberta system, which is completely engulfed by the dark matter storms.

- Proceeding through with the sweep, I passed by the Ontario Debris Seas - North and South. The North field has remained thoroughly unchanged, with the Hackers maintaning their usual presence within. On the way to the South field, however, my scanners detected a myriad of scattered debris all over, with three distinct origins: Order, Hybrid, and Alien, and among the debris there were some that checked out as originating from capital-grade vessels as well. Whatever took place here, it concluded within the southern edges of the field. I...don't know if the surrounding debris have indeed acted as a sort of chaff, but I picked up a faint energy signature compatible with some sort of...jump drive, but the vector is unknown: all I could read is that a jumpdrive rift had been opened, but where it connected I have no idea at all. Overall, it seems Order activities within the system have dropped to null: I haven't detected a single patrol throughout the sweep.

- Lastly, upon approaching the California Jump Gate, I read a variety of debris all over the area, the vast majority being Xeno and LSF ship parts. However, I also detected parts from two types of vessels in particular: a Bustard-class light carrier and a Liberty battlecruiser, along with some capital-grade debris. Upon crosschecking the previous navmap data, I could confirm those are related to the Battlecruiser Lehigh and to a DSE-owned vessel, the Construction Ship Robert Peary. It appears that the Lehigh suffered critical damage, while the Peary was heavily damaged before fleeing through the gate, and - as I went to confirm my suspicions - fully destroyed within California, although it is likely the major debris were either destroyed in the explosion or removed post-combat. This would also explain the heightened LSF activity near Sudbury indicated beforehand in this report: if they lost their beachhead in the system, then all the more we have to disrupt their activities before something worse happens to the planet.

I then concluded the sweep by returning to Point Alpha.

Etheric, out.

I'm reporting in on the Coronado situation. Jericho was hit as speculated within the last week, much earlier than expected. I was unfortunately hit by this blast, but I managed to survive thanks to the proximity of the Barrier Nebula, as well for some... unexpected assistance. An emergency visit to 'Gardens' has reassured my state stabilising from critical status. Additionally, I had the misfortune of discovering that multiple Order assets have been redeployed to the Coronado scene, including to the point of them trying to quarantine off the area in Coronado. The Innkeep Ozei was also unfortunately hit by the blast, and was promptly surrounded by the 34th Order Operatives. Taskforce Prometheus deployed assets on scene for Humanitarian aid. While it was... relatively peaceful, it did not last for long. LSF assets and Order assets initiated an attack on them when the Innkeep was being restored for recovery. I cannot determine what their plan it, it seemed that they were interested in probing the shields of Jericho and trying to find out data on Earhart. Whatever the case, we have to stay ahead of them, three steps at a time.

Regardless, I can confirm the blast from Jericho has caused another shift in the Anchor, stifling another hyperspatial fluctation. This shift is a cause for concern for us to check up on all the alien sites marked for observation, to see if anything else has become active, or if any other shifts have occurred from this initimate connection to the Anchor and its systems.

I can also confirm the alien gate in Coronado is indeed, 'self repairing' it's own hyperspatial wounds, amplified by the shift in hyperspace, not all of the energy was truly neutralised from the Tau-117 purge, and it seems the gate was 'improperly' decommissioned.

Setting off to investigate for other sites in the Omegas and Omicrons to find these said observational patterns, I bumped into several craft with abnormal holds on-route to Canaria. In addition, I managed to secure an unknown K'Vash artifact from some Freelancer who had refused to surrender the specimen. Whatever the case, it was good he did not reach his destination, something awful could have happened to the settlements.

I have emergency called in assets from Orion to help secure and contain the unknown object. I cannot confirm if I was contaminated from a psychometric imprint or otherwise, but the specimen appeared to be highly active. From what I have heard, the specimen has been quarantined... if it even can be truly contained.

I continued my investigation momentarily regarding these unusual objects. According to one Freelancer I questioned, he claimed that they fell out of a jumphole tunnel - confirming my observations regarding the Anchor's fluctation. He made mention that this object simply appeared in his hold after falling out of the rift, into a sector containing a blackhole.

I highly advise we chase up leads on these alien sites as well as other notable sites to make note of shifting patterns. This is the list of suggested search patterns:

Quote:
Ontario - Jericho, and the destroyed Alberta Gate
Kepler - The Prophet
New York - Search for any disruptions near the Pennsylvania Gate's anomaly. Investigate Manhattan for any increase in LSF traffic.
Texas - Dallas Incident Site
Kansas - The Shrine entryway.
Newcastle - Darlington assessment
Dublin - Assess the New London Gate Fissure
Thuringia - Investigate for any unusual signals from the sector. Investigate the Gotha ruins.
Omicron Theta - Planet Pygar.
Omega-58 - Investigate for any change from the Pulsar as well as gate activity
Omicron Kappa - Investigate for any new disturbances. Keep your distance from the Cenotaph.
Omicron Minor - investigate the Omicron Major gate wreckage
Sigma-59 - Assess the Azurite remains.
Tohoku - Gather intel on the Jump Drive experiment as well as assessments for hyperspatial disturbances.
Earhart and the connection subsystems - Check for any new energy traces.
Orkney - Assess for any hyperspatial disturbances. The Vagrants may be defensive, so tread with caution.
Omicron Pi - Note any changes in the decayed structure in Knossos.
Cologne - Scan for any hyperspatial fluctation.
Omega-11 - Scan for any notable hyperspatial fluctation.
Zurich - Investigate anomalies for any noticeable growth or reformation.
Omicron Zeta - Probe for excessive alien activity and hyperspatial density. It was privately reported that an alien gate was under construction.
Tau-23 - Look for any change in the northern anomalies.
Omicron Major - ... Let us be truthful, I do not think anyone is strong nor brave enough to successfully reach the gates of the Dyson. Probes to be considered for sampling data.
Baffin - There is a slim possibility that the Goddess Geode and it's... scrubbies may have been affected by the hyperspatial disruption.

On another note, it is within the realm of possibility that we can suggest the Orion group form a more workable relationship with the Coalition. I also encountered a 'Noth' pilot, who seemed adamant on probing for information. I cannot say that they are trustworthy, but they claim to be against the Houses, particularly Bretonia. Fellow comrades working in the Omegas should be aware of the apparent disruptions on-going and should prepare for any misadventures.

17/11/835 A.S.
Subj: Situational Report

I am reporting in an update in relation to my current sweep of known points of interest. This started off in Ontario. My sweep of the Alberta gate wreckage revealed no change to the overall situation, Sudbury is now seemingly silent. Though we did detect the presence of an Interdictor on the far side of the nearby moon, I was reluctant to remain in that location for long as it increased the risk of counter-detection. We withdrew within the same hour. Our course was charted via Rheinland, so proceeded in that direction. We did encounter Civil Servant in Rheinland, however.

Based on a brief conversation with them it would appear they are looking to potentially open corridors via the Sigma sectors through dealings with the Gammu AI. My initial probes of that area indicate the Core may be constructing something in Sigma 17 - Although I have yet to find an opening in their frequent patrols to get close enough to verify. I'd guess they brokered some kind of deal with the GMG considering that is their turf.

How far the cooperation goes is presently unknown, though I strongly advise assets proceeding through this sector to exercise caution. I have pencilled in another pass at the sector for later in the week, hopefully I can catch sight of what it is they are up to out there and make a proper assessment of what kind of obstacle we're likely to encounter. I may pass on the assessment on to The Platform also, perhaps they will find the data useful for whatever they have planned.

While on the subject of the Gammu AI. Our sweep of Omicron Pi has revealed a modular installation called Ramshackle Station, I find this concerning for obvious reasons. Should this thing be subject to takeover by the likes of the Core, we may very well have yet another costly exchange of ships or personnel on our hands. I would prefer things did not escalate to this point and also prevent potential threats gaining a foothold in that system.

I have spoken to the entity Novak and it appears they have attempted to establish communication with the installation, though the entity also indicated that the owners are not all that talkative. I have advised Novak to signal the carrier should they require assistance in its deconstruction, I intend to remain on station out here until either we've determined this thing isn't a threat, or it is dismantled. I'll attach an image of the installation to this message.

I'll report in should anything else come to my attention.

Vengeance out.
