This is Admiral Erinyes aboard the Caedo. We have just left Rheinland space. I will start from the beginning.
We were positioned in Sigma-13, on our way to Megellan to defend it from the SCRA. We asked for permission to enter Rheinland space from the RM cruiser, Vineta, and it was granted. We traveled through New Berlin and Hamburg. At the Bering jump gate, we had a ship shutdown. (AFK) When we were able to restart the systems (came back from AFK status) the Rheinland Military Battleship, Alzette had attacked the ship and taken our hull down to critical level. (About 1/8th of a bar left.) Our shield was also removed completely at the time. (Virus, piloting the Alzette, had known I had the game minimized, as he was in the same Skype convo at the time.)
As soon as we demanded a reason for this, the Alzette said we had ten seconds to leave the system. Not an easy feat with a ship as big as ours. We refused to, given the fact that the RM nearly destroyed the ship when we were having problems, then decided to give us a chance to leave, when they knew full well we were on-route to the Bering system. The Alzette then opened fire. The Caedo, already crippled, didn't stand a chance at fighting a fresh, full nano bot/shield battery equipped battleship. We retreated towards the two Hamburg jump holes in the system. The Alzette left the chase when it kept getting stuck in the asteroids, and the Caedo was able to make it to Sigma-13.
I demand an explanation for this unprovoked attack on a neutral ship.

Your ship was positioned in open Rheinland space for two days, as I understand. Permission was granted the day previous. I need no explanation for my actions, there was an AW battleship sitting in open Rheinland space for two complete days while they know that we are not on friendly terms.
Beyond that, your outcast dreadnaught is a frightful sight to the people of Rheinland, especially those who harbor ill will towards the AW. Next time you are granted permission to "pass through" Rheinland. Do just that, don't leave your ship in my systems. Next time, I won't leave it operational.

A busy day in New Berlin today,
Starfighter, has now been warned for disobeying Rheinland Orders. Next time its a 2 million credit fine.
DaeD@LuS, a Container Tranasport, is now KoS for disobeying Rheinland Orders and firing on Rheinland vessels. (Me). His ship was destroyed in New Berlin with no damage taken.
=HUZAREX=, A Outcast pilot in a Transport, is KoS for obvious reasons... His vessel was destroyed today in New Berlin. Unfortunetly Gangrel lost his ship in combat, Denton caught his pod and we returned to the Planet.
Strigoi_Vii, A Corsair in a Huntress Cruiser, is KoS. Pilot was engaged infront of Dortmund station today. Gangrel had a electrical interference error and lost his ship. (Lag problems, Strigoi had a lucky missile hit... It happens) We returned to the Planet and let Gangrel off duty early due to previous events.
All for now, back to patrols.

today I met DaeD@LuS and shoot him off over New Berlin.
OOC: He came a second time but as i wanted to shoot he logged off in space. A disregard of server rules eh ?
Later a Corsair Gunboat called Tanith arrived in New Berlin. But he was too strong. My only chance was to flew on New Berlin and wait there for back-up.
OOC: Tanith is the same player as DaeD@LuS, he just wanted to kill me for shooting his freighter off. Very unsporty if you ask me...

First of all DonSmilo payed finally his fine of 4 million credits.
To the less enjoyable news:
The DaeD@LuS got killed four times in Orbit of New Berlin, by Axel.Torf, DonSmilo and me.
Suddenly two Corsair Ships entered the System. One Hauntress flew by 2toxic4u and one Gunboat, the Tanith.
They destroyed our ships, and we were forced to stay in Hospital for a few hours 'cause the landing of our life capsule was a little hard.
But we were able to send a SOS-Signal and the Vineta was able to shoot off the 2toxic4u.
Tanith instead flew on New Berlin.
