Tabris: Hole from Sigma 13 opens up in Munich, that's their ticket in. They aren't so much pushing into Rheinland as sending raiding parties in. To steal stuff. Piracy. And smuggling artifacts. And partnering with the Unioners for some friendly places to dock at.
Sy: Nice and pessimistic, true to form. Rheinland will be getting some perks as well. I'm right now handling the sigma border and lower omegas. Work in progress.

That's also on the list, with the Sairs gaining a base in Sig13, and the 'Casts gaining a base... somewhere close by too. Maybe also in Sig13. Gives a nice 3 way pewfest between GMG, Sairs and Casts. Gods know that all those factions enjoy their brawls...
Although I do wonder how you'd plan on doing capital ship warfare in the sigmas. You can't see the enemy at those distances.
