Well, the Bundschuh decided to scuttle their proposal by being inactive. HGL however, hasn't.
It's all about the activity and the in-game behaviour, I think. If the faction does their job in an RPd fashion in game, with decent activity, they should be accepted if the faction is needed. An inactive faction however, is not needed.

The thing is Dean, we stopped playing on our BU characters due to absolute ignoring of this
thread. I think that it's useless to create any factions on Discovery now.
The admins had no reason to ignore us in times when we were active. I doubt we will get 'yes',
so at least say 'no' and lock it. How much time does it take? 2 minutes?

I guess that is a sort of valid reason for not playing the characters, but there is no possibility of being accepted if the faction isn't active.
I think there is a sort of "testing" period, after the hard details (diplomacy, equipment restrictions, etc) have been sorted out. This is where the faction must prove itself in game.
Anyway, what restricted you guys from playing as a group until becoming a faction?

We played for over a month on high activity. Most of the time there would be a BU on the server in Sigma 13 or Frankfurt etc. We received the exact same amount of Admin attention then, as we do now.

In other news we have some 9 other factions waiting for a word from the admin team... I do say they probably do have enough time to post a simple yes or no. The rest is up to the faction leaders, all they need is one word from the admins.
Indeed in the case of Bundschuh it's special. You guys should do as HGL does, just set up a message dump and recruiting topic either way. I doubt anyone will object.

I reckon you should get active with the Bundschuh again, Disco needs factions like those!;)Keep plugging away, stay active etc.
Hell, just set up a message dump, faction recruitment etc and play as if you really are official. This faction should have been approved a good month or so ago at least. It is interesting, though, that the Das Wilde faction got submitted here a month after the Bundschuh did, and it got approved within a few days, while this one and others languish in "development hell".

Our RP was close to flawless at every given time.
The aproval thing for factions is realy easy actually.
You have admin connections and all is ok.
This faction proposal is nothing special.It's a venila faction and it's members were totaly in RP. The 500m were paid and the faction has forum and all that stuff. The BU are not something uber or strong , so I realy don't see any couse for this.Like I said , admins just choose not to say anything and let this threat die in a slow and painfull matter of "not-knowing-and-dying-of-boredom"
Realy , just put a "No" here and let it be over.
