During patrol duty, me, Lieutenant Gromov Gennady, found ship with callsign "Vendervolt". It has been undocked from Gorodok and said that someone is ordered Fire Pearls on station allowing to dock. Target was docked back again on Gorodok. We see it's necessary to lock Gorodok for that ship and eliminate it. Bellow I have attached data from blackbox and footages from cameras.

Commissar Ernest Schwartz reporting that today destroyer "CPW-Arkhangelsk", under my command, together with comrades from Red Hessians and Coalition, in Omicron Theta we received message from Corfu Base about corsair fleet that approaching to Pygar. After long fire fight we manage to destroy corsair ships, like battleship Murmillo "CNS>Imperio_Bombart", battlecruiser Tribunus "Muerte.Eterna", cruiser Praefect "CNS>Edessa" and incoming snubs. Most of their strike forces run from battlefield when capital ships was eliminated. Below you can find attached data from black box how Corsair vessels was eliminated.

Nihao, comrades.

During patrol duty, me, Captain Chao Ji, found ship with callsign "Heritage", captain of vessel was identified as Molly on coalition transport "Cyclon". It has been found in 20 cliks away from restricted yellow zone and head to it, vessel was stopped before can breach in restricted zone. After scanning it's cargo we found 4300 units of containers with Cardamine and according Section 2 Article 6 of Criminal Code I demanded to drop cargo and pay fine. In the end after extra pressure on captain he dropped cargo and paid fine in amount 100.000 Sirius credits. Bellow I have attached footages from cameras. On first image - Cargo hold scan, on second - ID screen, on third and fourth - dropped cargo and it's elimination and on fifth - payment transaction.

During patrol duty, me, Lieutenant Gromov Gennady, found Freelancer ships with callsigns "Innkeep.Ozei.Ruousha", "The.Gaelic.Wyvern.Inn" and Molly ship "JKP-Red-Hand-12" in Omega-47 at Madeira Base. During conversation we have found these Freelancers are moving restaurant and traveling across Sirius and they want to visit Coalition space in New Moscow, specifically planet Jiangxi. Meanwhile Mollys was members of Red Stag Shipping (further-RSS), company that aimed on moving goods from House space to certain groups who is not available to buy them.

Captain Aine O Neil, CEO of RSS, asked to review possibility give VISA to one of her ships which is proceeding under cover, main ship is Black Lions Seven with Bretonian registered Serenity class trade vessel, registration number 89-33-A4, with callsign "Jackknife". Also they transfered to us data package with files about mission states, lists of assets, sites of operation, points of political unity and many other files. Bellow I have attached data from blackbox.

During patrol duty, me, Lieutenant Gromov Gennady, has spotted Rogue vessel, with callsign "MeisterHaku" that departed from Arranmore and carry Wildcat Gold. Soon arrived Mollys ship, with callsign "RPA|PRS-Triskele" representative of Republican Provisional Assembly, who's captain from beginning suggested we are harassing Rogue ship and this is not in our business to do such actions. During dialog I have explained that we are not harassed Rogue transport and even it was not stopped. Mollys meanwhile mentioned about rumors that heard from someone about Coalition preparings to betray Mollys and take Bretonian side in next attack.

While I tried to find out why Mollys trust rumors, as they mentioned probably it was propaganda from Bretonian side, from Arranmore departed Zoner vessel, with callsign "Syren.Song: who's captain told about incident with member of Red Hessians which robbed zoners. We found it's strange after details that's gold was bought from Connacht directly and tried to find out reason why Red Hessians pirate transports with Molly's gold. As result we found callsign "Red.Vidar" and class ship, Red Hessian cruiser.

After a while we have come to opinion it was rumors from Bretonian side, however we think this disinformation was spreaded by Bretonian intelligence. Soon arrived crew of ships with callsigns "CPW-Varyag" and "CPW-Eisenkaputt.II". They asked about situation and I have reported about mentioned above events. After brief clarification discussion, commander of "CPW-Eisenkaputt.II" ordered to follow after them in Omega-52. After jump to Omega-47 I have asked about their ranks, names and surnames, but didn't get any reply in back and in silent continued flight until moment when we docked. Below I have attached blackbox with logs about today incident.

It docked at Gorodok carry Fire Pearls inside it's cargo hold when we only departed from Gorodok, but I managed to make footages of scan it's cargo hold with transponder ID. We see it's necessary to lock Gorodok for that ship and eliminate it if anyone see any this transport vessel, "Series DL Border world transport" class, according to statement of Article 4 Section 2, Criminal Code, of Sirius Coalition Interstellar Laws. Bellow I have attached data from blackbox and footages from cameras. On first footage you can find cargo hold scan and on second one transponder ID.

Me and Coalition Border Guard reviewed last reports about trespassers who has breach into restricted zones and managed to dock to stations in space of New Moscow, Omega-52. We came up to decision to make clarification order about how to use articles 4, 5 and 6 of Criminal Code in connection with new circumstances on practice.

CLARIFICATION ORDER № 00447 of 326.835


1. All vessels when crossing the 15 clicks perimeter from an objects (which mentioned in Sirius Coalition Interstellar Laws, Section 3: VISA), it is permitted to take immediate actions to eliminate vessel without explanations, if it is not identified as having access to pass in restricted zones.

2. All vessels who was noticed transporting restricted cargo (according to Sirius Coalition Interstellar Laws Section 2: Criminal Code) and tried to hide it in any way (for example, say that it is a different cargo) must be eliminated with cargo immediately without explanations, if after checking procedure authorities recognize cargo as restricted. In that case all ships must have special express test kits with purpose to check cargo on place.

For now it's all. We will keep you informed about future orders and reforms.
