Until I have sourced the commodities, pricing and shipping cost, then crunched the numbers, the rest will not be manufactured and put up for sale.
It will take a little while.
The more Refineries that start producing the refined HRCs and selling them for cheaper prices than the NPCs, the sooner the prices start coming down.
At the minute, a MKIII Cloak would cost, with the materials at the cheapest NPC selling point, 4.16 million.
This doesn't take in to account shipping costs of the materials + profit.
With some materials, effectively, monopolised then you are stuck with the prices then locals charge ie. DTR charging 500 credits per unit of XRs.
A MKIII Cloak requires 6.5k of XRs, last time I checked. So this would add another 3 million to that 4.16 million for a start.
