I come to collect a bounty on a random Reaver, and you start yapping in OOC about various things, such as not being a bounty on you, 'who the frack am I', and that I'm not allowed to use Council weapons outside Sirius.

I normally don't do this, but I can't help it. I've seen anything but sportsmanship and fairplay from you. Not only that you would use any trick to your advantage, but you'd cry about it if someone else did it to you. Examples would be: repeatedly getting refilled with regens by various ships around, including but not only battleships (even in a 2 to 1 situation), using bases as cover, shooting NPCs for loot in the middle of a fight, dragging fights in NPC over populated areas, and accusing players of various things, as you could see above.
So tell me, what gives? I'm not trying to generalize the Reavers, but it seems like you have issues.

Just because you say it's a personal dispute, doesn't mean it is. Silver Reaver is obviously a member of this faction, which is applying for official status. I'm providing feedback. If feedback on factions applying for official status was not allowed, this thread should've been locked from the beginning.

Your feedback is directed at a single individual, not at the faction. You even admit you aren't trying to generalize the Reavers; that you feel Silver has an issue.
That is not feedback in regards to the Reavers, that is a personnel issue with Kaze. It doesn't belong here.

Actually, it's personal issue with a member of your faction. He never said he has a problem with Kaze, he said Silver.Reaver's behavior is not top notch.
It does belong in here, because this faction is responsible for it's members actions. Or is it?

So someone points out publicly how Kaze cries about being shot at OOCly in local chat and...
MOD and whole Faction decided to ignore it because they conclude it is a personal issue to point out mistake of one reaver.
So, is every feedback which involves individual member of the faction personal problem because people run out of excuses.
And zelot, I wonder how come you didn't use orange letters for rest of the feedback on individuals. Imagine that, you must be a member of reavers :O

This is feedback on a a Reaver member's behavior. Nothing more, nothing less. Instead of dodging bullets Matrix style, how about you address the issue at hand?

I like how a member of the reavers being a moderator means that you can dismiss feedback with the ever-looming threat of a "legitimate" lock. Admins in factions stay out of decisions when they concern the factions they're in; does this not apply to moderators?
Should it be taken that you endorse the behaviour of a member representing your faction?

I am not a Reaver, and I agree with Zelot on this one.
