AW message Dump - Dab - 07-01-2007 Comm ID: Val'ren Recipients: AW HC Sorry for the postponement of these reports, but I was sidetracked by some unavoidable circumstances (Cincinnati Reds vs Cardinals game). Not much special, but reported it will be. I arrived on the scene in my fighter to find the HF in battle with one of the SCRA fighters. An sso| was also present, and due to his assistance in dealing with the SCRA, we spared him from a proper 'introduction.' I must commend Aralie for keeping the enemy pilot occupied, even while his own weaponry was inferior to the SCRA's, and furthermore, keeping his ship intact. After a time, the SCRA was eventually destroyed. Last shot was to be claimed by the sso| fighter present, though all three present could claim a portion of that kill. Later our allies the HF, as well as I, tracked down a pair of SCRA pilots, grouped with their new allies, the TBH. Grouped, regardless of SCRA's stance of hating pirates more than anyone else in this universe. Winning comes above dignity I guess. The SCRA fighter tracked by the HF grouped up with yet another SCRA fighter and a TBH gunboat in New London. The HF fighter and gunboat engaged the TBH gunboat near the Leeds Jump Gate portion of New London, as I engaged both SCRA fighters at Southampton. I quickly dispatched the SCRA Eagle. The SCRA's Eagle pilots are obviously not trained to the same standards as our own. Shortly before the destruction of the first SCRA, the HF fighter and GB defeated the TBH gunboat, and made its way towards Southampton. The second fighter, Ares, proved no more skilled in dodging than Ivan did. However, every time his shield was removed, he hit his thrusters as high as he could, and took off towards the shipyards to fly in circles until the shield had recharged. He continued in this manner until the HF arrived. However, even with this, the HF gunboat lacked missiles, and thus, lacked the ability to kill the SCRA as he was shield-thrusting, and I couldn't hit him at 700 meters with him jumping like a rabbit. Throughout the engagement, I had received no hull damage, and still possessed a full load of my bots and batts. Soon a second HF gunboat arrived, this one laden down with missiles that were put to good use. The SCRA could not stand up to the amount of laserfire thrown by two fighters and a gunboat, while simultaneously dodging missiles. He attempted, however. Both missiles and lasers striked home, and the first HF gunboat scored the kill. Nothing else happened later that day, except for some training between the HF, with me present as well. Some fighter vs capital ship simulations, as well as dogfighting ones. I have found Aralie to be a worthy pilot, who was able to batter my shields down multiple times on head-to-head passes, even with inferior, and level 9 weaponry. A loadout that lacked any form of shield buster. I won, but he didn't make it as easy on me as I would have thought. My fighter is still stationed in Vespucci and will aid HF in their fight against the SCRA and TBH. I'll also be offering training to their pilots while I'm here. And I believe Aralie could become quite dangerous with a little refining. End of Report AW message Dump - Dab - 07-01-2007 Comm ID: Denicalus Recipients: AW HC Fairly odd situation we had here in Gamma.. I arrived on scene to find two Corsair Huntresses sporting Agc. tags. Two Corsair fighters, a Talon and a Viper. The TBH present in the system refused to be seen acting in defense of Crete. Before the fighting began, an UOG Outcast-tagged Outcast Dreadnaught showed up, supported by another UOG, this one sporting Lane Hacker tags and a Spyglass. The Corsairs demanded to know my reason for being in the system, as they knew not the identity of AW. After being informed of my orders to destroy the TBH in the system, they announced that they would 'not allow' it. A big claim for a group that, though outnumbering our side, did not equal its firepower. Therefor, when the UOG made their attack, I took full advantage of it, inflicting serious damage on Yellowsamuel, and keeping Fallen from interfering with the two battleships that were fighting against the Corsair Huntresses. After the Huntresses were gone, the fighters did not last long (3 deaths each [4 kills for UOG, 2 for myself]). Only now did the TBH undock from the planet. Immediately I ignored Fallen, who was shooting at my backside, and went to kill the Titan. The TBH was very against fighting however, and insisted on dodging while throwing insults, as if they would hurt us more than lasers. Fallen was dispatched after he made the bad decision to fire away at me, while sitting still. The Cerberus made short work of him. The TBH quickly redocked Crete after a few minutes of dodging. Saying something about an unfair fight against him.. My bridge crew burst into laughter at that, as we remembered the TBH's sense of 'fair fight' in New London, when they brought a gunboat into an already unfair 2v1 dogfight. He was not to be seen again to this point. The local Corsairs did not seem to take much animosity towards the AW's attacks. I guess finally some pilots who realize we are not at war with them, just the more 'corrupt' parts of their society.\ End of Report AW message Dump - Korrd - 07-01-2007 From: Korrd Message: We have again engaged the SCRA and allies. This time, after driving them out of Theta, we engaged with an offensive against 'Stronghold Gamma' Three Asgard Ships, a fighter, a gunboat and cruiser, and one allied lane hacker spyglass attacked 'Stronghold Gamma', where two cruisers some gunboats (1 I think, not sure) and 10+ very heavy fighters were waiting for us. Our big ships took down the cruisers, but were taken down byt the SCRA fleet. After that, our fighter and gunboat destroyed all the surviving enemy ships. 6 fighters killed by the Orome (AW fighter, piloted by me), and 5 more by the Denicalus (Piloted by Dab). The last SCRA ship, the Ares (A VHF), crashed on the planet crete after taking a lot of damage from Denicalus and I. More details will be comming. Info from my fighter's blackbox is being analized as we speak. This has been a powerful blow to the SCRA side, with over 14 ships of them destroyed at the cost of two of ours. Stronghold Gamma will never be the same after this... AW message Dump - Dab - 07-01-2007 Comm ID: Denicalus Recipients: AW HC Well it seems the day's events did not end after the first incident. As explained by Korrd, we fought once again. A mixture of Corsair and SCRA ships. Two AGc. ships as well, which makes me think we should classify them as hostile. Final tallies were 2 ships lost, 15 killed. Later on, a NovaPG battle group arrived in Gamma. After finding out that the SCRA had engaged them, we set course for Gamma once again. We killed another Corsair gunboat, both SCRA fighters (3 deaths each) and other Corsair fighters. Final losses were; the NovaPG fighters driven off (1 death each) except for Steel Raven and their GC ally's fighter. The NovaPG Talarca was severely damaged as well. Our gunboat was also severely damaged (One of the AGc. cruisers re-entered the fight after dieing) and we retreated. However, we destroyed at least 12 enemy fighters (4 were killed 3 times), 1 Corsair GB, and 1 Corsair cruiser to our 5 fighter losses, 1 GB damaged, and 1 Talarca lost. End of Report AW message Dump - Korrd - 07-06-2007 From: Korrd To: The Asgards Message: A new group called the Inquisitors has just arrived Sirius. They are some sort of Xenophobes whose objective is to annihilate every and each non human sentient race on their reach. As our leader is not human, and their goals are not to protect the humans, but to kill indiscriminately everything non-human on their path disregarding if they are friendly or hostile, we are now hostile towards them. It's ok that they kill Phantoms and Nomads, as their ultimate goal is to kill us all, but the mass killing of others who are innocent will not be tolerated. From now on, don't hesitate to open fire upon these Inquisitors, for they will not hesitate to kill us too. They are not allowed on Asgard space, and they are to be shot on sight when found non the less. End message. AW message Dump - Stingray - 07-10-2007 To: AW HQ From: Stingray Todays report: After lunch break an sso Liberty gunboat opened fire at Corfu, surprisingly he docked as he passed me. Target lost. Later a pair of mercs wanted a duel, one of them a Corsair gunboat. Spotted a Spyglass tagged UOG, no actions taken. Just before dinner the colonial battlestar Galactica with fighter escort passed by at Freeport 9 while heading to Omicron Alpha, obviously to attack the Outcasts so I warned them of the threat. No further actions taken. In the evening another UOG Spyglass showed up, it was not the same one, he refused a scan. No action taken, but we should not let our guard down they acted not too friendly. Stingray AW message Dump - Dab - 07-12-2007 Comm ID: Luciaden Recipients: AW Fleet Consider Sso| KoS anywhere near the Omicrons. This will remain until they can explain their actions. The BSG know they are not allowed to attack the Outcasts by moving through Theta. They were told if they wish to make any kind of attacks against the Outcasts, that they are to do so from Tau-37. A hostile standing with the BSG will be pending upon farther talks with their leadership. On the matter of UOG, do not forget AW only keeps the peace in Theta. We are not the police, nor do we restrict contriband in any way. Scanning ships is good, but not a requirement. Nor are others required to be scanned in the system. UOG has aided the AW against the Corsairs when the GoR would not, treat them in a friendly manner. So I'll keep this simple: If you will support us against our war on the South Alliance, please inform us in our communication channels. If we work together, we can easily drive the traitorous South Alliance back into whatever hole they crawled out of. Executive Commander Mori out. *END TRANSMISSION* AW message Dump - Stingray - 07-16-2007 From: Livadia Shipyards Control Tower To: AW HQ Commander, this picture was taken yesterday from Livadia shipyards, radar picked up 2 TBH Titans chasing an Omni fighter who was fleeing for his life. The TBH demanded 3 million credits from the Omni vessel while chasing, our weapon platforms opened fire on both of them when they came into range, the TBH was critically damaged and tried to get away, cowardly the Omni ship launched missiles at the already bleeding enemy. We lost the other TBH's signal, he probably left the system. AW message Dump - Razr - 07-23-2007 Breaking news.......
