Also i would like to inform you that last target, outcast (Eurico.Delgato) that can be seen on records from a fight with gunboat have managed to escape only because of incompetent police officer, name's LPI-Vladimir.Law[O] who gave him that exclusive chance to run away from hunters and navy soldiers and also yelled on US for assaulting Outcast in New York. I think he was high, or he's just a dumbkopff.
