We have decided, given the pressing nature of the war, to reallocate Scrap Palace to another strategic position within Liberty. To that end we will construct a brand new facility, called Old Trafford, after an area in Manchester from the Earth times. Thus, when we have concluded construction and repair of tradelanes, Jump gates and bases after the war has ceased, we would envisage handing over the base to Her Majesty.
We envisage the base being built to Core two initially, with the required defense network to protect the workers.
Due to the shortage of staff we will be recruiting vetted Bretonian citizens to work upon our construction sites. Bretonian shipping and supply companies will be given first preference to supply raw materials and commodities.

As the BPA is predisposed at this hour, the Bretonian government will respond to your requests.
Apex Corporation, while I cannot confirm your payment due to access limitations, I can take on trust that the payment was made. The base is hereby accepted. The location of 2B, while close to the gate, is not on top of it, and should not cause issue. If it somehow does, the base will be dismantled post haste.

The Bretonian government requests a communication be addressed to them on this matter. Joint economic activity in Omega-3 is beyond the scope of a base request, and must be debated appropriately. Bretonia is however welcome to the discussion based on the agreements signed up to this date. From a technical standpoint, the base request suffers from one fatal flaw. It is located too close to the Jump Gate to Omega 7 for our liking. Under no circumstances must a base be within disruption distance to the Jump gate, and a new location should be considered.
