I have good news and bad news. The bad news is, as always, the inefficiency of our SEC. Inefficiency, lack of funds, call it what you will. The result is always the same: liners employed on cruises remain uncovered in systems more than a jump gate away from our installations, even within the Houses.

The good news is that our tea, produced in Curacao, is a success. Consider that a single case of lyophilized tea has saved us thirty thousand credits in 'voluntary donations to the Lane Hackers' cause'. The pirates aren't what they used to be, anyway. In any case, what do you think about using the saved credits for a new plantation on the island of Areceibo? Considering the success and even notoriety in the underworld of society, we could make it the currency on the planet and on our ships.

Imagine the new menus: 'a Frankfurter twist for 10 tea bags'.

Meditate, people, meditate.

And let's allocate more credits to SEC funds rather than spending them on new liners."

Hello Friends

Today, we had the Maiden Voyage of the OS&C|TE-Karuizawa, and I was the lucky captain chosen for the Trip. We started the Trip in the Orbit of New Tokyo where we were awaited by the OS&C|Queen.Britannia, OS&C|SEC-Ikarinohi and the independent Orbital Pilot "Mina.Ashido". We also got a Nice Escort from the Kusari Naval Cruiser "SDF-Midoriko". The Midorniko Escorted us all the way to Kusari Border. At the Akita Border Station, we were farewelled by the battleship "[KNF]IKN-Nagato". Just as we entered the Sigmas we were then Intercepted by a Member of the Golden Chrysanthemums by the name of "GC-Yunoki.Misaki". To all of our Suprise, the Chrysanthemum was quite friendly and we continued our Journey together. Well for Miss Misaki it was a pretty short one as the Rheinland Polizei and Marine awaited us in Frankfurt to Escort us through Rheinland Space. They were not too pleased about Miss Misaki at our Side and Sent her home to Kusari. The two Pilots that escorted us were "[RM]Kpl-Elias.Beist" and "KPR|Inspektorin" They were really nice fellows and we enjoyed their company a lot as we were traveling through Frankfurt and then into New Berlin. At New Berlin we also got Reinforced with the Gunboat "[RM]KKS-Miltenberg" and its Brave Crew. After a Brief Stop at New Berlin to Let old Passengers off board and new Passengers on Board we continued our Journey Towards Liberty.

Sadly our till Point Relaxed Journey would soon come to an end as we Encountered 3 Cruisers of the Red Hessians at the Hamburg Jumpgate. Even with our Brave Escort, we knew that we had no Chance With our Liners Against them. But our Brave Escorts were Determined to Give us a Chance to Escape. And so they engaged the Battlecruiser "R\-Askeladd" and its Cruiser Escorts the "R\-Valgaldr" and the "R\-Rathen". We needed a bit to see an Escape Route but till then the "R\-Rathen" had already Blocked out Escape Routes in Hamburg. We tried a bit more to escape but in the end, we had to Give up and Fulfill the Demands of the Hessians. They Demanded 300.000 Credits and all the Gin that the OS&C|Queen.Britannia Had Loaded. With a bad Feeling, we Paid them and dropped the Booze that they wanted. Only Later we found out that the "[RM]KKS-Miltenberg" Was Heavily Damaged by the Hessian Battlecruiser and that some of its Crew got Injured in the Attack. Our Deepest Thanks go To the Crew of the Brave Miltenberg and its Capitan. The Chairwoman has Announced that they and all of there Families will get a Free Holiday with the Full VIP Package for the Bravery that they have Shown.

After a Brief Stop at Planet Hamburg to let some of our Guests off to the Ski Resorts we Continued our Trip to Liberty. We had to say goodbye to our Rheinland Defenders as we Jumped to the Bering System. But thankfully we got Reinforced by the OS&C|Responder-3 At Hamburg. This Pilot Acompanied the Convoy all the way to New Tokyo and was a Great Addition to the Team. In the Bering system, we came across Many members of the "TFP)-" There were too many to name them all but, we got a Warm Welcome from a "TFP)-Locksmith" and "TFP)-Bellamy.Crowe" and their Friends. They had Auxesian IFFs and Identified themselves as "Legionnaires". They offered us an Escort through Liberty that we would have accepted if the Liberty Navy in Person of "46th|M.Kemp-Smith" and "46th|Noel.Tizona" and Many others Appeared to fight with the Legionnaires of the TFP)-. We didn't want to get Caught in the Crossfire and would therefore make way to fly over to Texas. On the way there we encountered the Liner "Cocomo" that joined our Convoy. And another old acquaintance of us showed up again in the form of "GC-Yunoki.Misaki". Looked Like Miss Misaki followed us all the way to Enjoy the Culinary Delicacies of our Cook Hilda Weingarten.

She escorted us all the way to Manhattan while the Navy was Occupied with the Legionnaires of the TFP)-. The Rest of the Cruise was pretty uneventful as we had only one other Encounter on the way back to New Tokyo. And this was a Friend of Miss Misaki. We encountered her at the New Tokyo Jump Gate in Shikou. The Pilot that Miss Misaki had Introduced as the "Scarry Spider Lady" was actually Quite Nice and called "GC-Kumo". The two women then escorted us to New Tokyo where the Chairwoman Officially Declared the Maiden Voyage to be an Overwhelming Success and there slowly our Convoy would Doc or Continue to other Destinations. We had a nice talk with the GC for a while before they would also fly back to their home, wherever that may be. But as a Show of our Gratitude for their Gentelwomanly Behaviour Hilda Gave them a Whole Black Forrest Cherry Cake to enjoy Later. All in all I have to say that it was a Great Honor to be the captain of the Karuizawa on her Maiden Voyage and to Deliver a Unique Experience to our Guests.

Konnichiwa esteamed personnel,

My name is Yu Takeyama I am the new appointed Division Head of Orbital Network Express and Sub-Director here in Orbital Spa and Cruise. It is my personal honour and pleasure to have risen to this rank and I make it my duty to perform admirably for all of you and the company.

I would like to introduce myself to you all a little and then explain what you can expect of me in a bit more detail. I actually started out working for the company as a life guard then switched paths to lower level security but found my real passion in the stars as I will explain later. You may also remember me and have seen me on some of the advertisement commercials for Orbital Spa and Cruise in the past year. It has been a super fun experience and not the norm for me at all to model for the company but it was so nice to feel appreciated and try something new for a little while.

I actually left the company for awhile to get a re-education at an academy and get my license as a cargo captain and then returned to the company in this field and now I normally spend my days running supplies and refuelling and stocking ships and bases of the fleet and filling them up with all the commodities orders they or our customers onboard might need and not running around after drowning people in need of rescue or stopping a villain like passenger. I enjoy the work and have no problem pulling my weight and getting dirty or helping the loaders at the docking bays once all my checklists are complete.
Your more likely to find me in the cargo hold or down on a Planet getting what we need than up on the bridge when we are docked at location, I'm a very hands on employee and I expect the same of my crew.

Should anyone need something you will find I can get it to you.
I look forward to working with you all and should you need me I maintain my Home HQ office onboard the Maldives Luxury Liner in the Kyushu System any and all messages for me can be relayed through there to me in the field.
Why the Maldives you may ask? well... I work hard and so I play hard too.

Finally my compliments to my predecessor that kept the bar so well stocked! We have 99% of everything you could ask for beverage wise at this luxury bar onboard. I will however be looking to make it 100%.

Miss Cross I hope this message finds you well. I am messaging you today over a matter of humanitarian aid that as you know we have been doing every other route cycle. Now how can I put this politely ... commodity traders that we deal with for transportation compensation for repatriation of Bretonian Refugees are reporting to me that prices are now higher for the successful arrival of these passengers at Planet Cambridge than at previously destination of Planet Carlisle in the Newcastle System.

Why you may ask? I don't know and it concerns me that there is a total lack of interest and or transparency in and of these return charters from The Bretonian Government. Still no reply from my original communication to said government on this topic in general.

I can only speculate at this time that Cambridge is now the preferred location for returning refugees because of the medical infrastructure in place on and around the Planet? I reason this because I recently had to call for assistance to a MFE ship when refugees came down with a nasty virus they had picked up waiting to return.

Our Chief Medical Officer Dr Mug on MFE recommendations actually oversaw and boosted our onboard medical equipment & staff and as such we now operate a Plus+ rating medical bay that can handle more passengers than typically we cater for on any given voyage, another prestige for our ship I'm happy to report however I wish it wasn't necessary but its the right thing to do.

I was hoping it wouldn't come to this but I am going to request this now as last resort. Please can you contact the Bretonian Government to find out what their on going plans are for these people ... their people ... my people. Perhaps you will have better luck being of higher rank and stature.

First, let me tell you that you have my full support as the Chairwoman, and also the Support of the Board of Directors. We think that transporting refugees to a new life is an extremely honorable occupation, that has the full support of Orbital Spa and Cruise. As for your Communications with the Bretonian government, I have to admit that the Lack of any Replies from the Official channels is nothing that Surprises me that much. Communication with the Kingdom in the past was Sporadic at best and non-existent at Worst. Not even our Neutrality as Orbital Spa and Cruise was Accepted in the last Communications with the Kingdom Recently. I can Send them a Comm but I fear they will not be more Communicative with me than they were with you. Nonetheless, I will try it and send them a Comm and see if they are Maybe Replying to me in my capacity as the Chairwoman.

As for your Information about the new Relocation Destination for the Refugees, I have sadly not more information than you have. But due to your mention of the Involvement of an MFE Vessle for a medical emergency early this month, I assume that the Bretonians have experienced something similar and decided to put up some Screening and Treatment Facilities on Planet Cambridge. This would be a wise move as Cambridge's medical infrastructure should make this endeavor Easier for logistics and other things.

Finally, I want to Congratulate you on the Upgrade of your Medbay on board the Queen Britannia. It is indeed a wise move to be prepared for eventual Medical emergencies when you transport Refugees. Also, such facilities should give our more Regular Guests a Feeling of Security as the ship that they Travel with is prepared for all emergencies.

For now please open the Original Comm that you have sent to the Bretonian government to me so that I can send a Reminder to them that they should not Ignore the people who Transport their people home after they Experienced such long times of Hardship away from Home.

I'm currently just enjoying a weekend get away at Planet Curacao but I thought I would fire you off a message on my laptop while I watch the sunset and enjoy a margarita.

Anyway down to business and I am actually really looking forward to this project and I'm really excited for the internal renovations and refit of ship systems with the upgrades of storage facilities to allow for more space and modernization of the Maldives in general overall.

I understand it's been almost a decade of outstanding service for her!
She deserves some extra love and care.

It has been such a pleasure and honour to take command of her and administrate over her and I send my compliments to all those that worked so hard to get her to where she is now.

There has been a large uptick in passengers over the last few months since I took command and we could really use these upgrades to allow for all this new activity we are seeing in the region.

The existing venue's and facilities onboard could use some love and care as passengers have been literally wearing out the floor! With all the foot traffic onboard.

In regards to facilities and venues I always find with newer technology things always manage to get smaller and so we are going to have much more space reducing some of the bulkier objects and equipment onboard.

So I have been surveying passengers coming to the Maldives and also those already onboard in a few ways.

First, thank you for your wonderful work at the Maldives. You have revitalized the place by taking this liner over as your headquarters. The Numbers indeed show that your Marketing Campaigns have worked and brought more passengers to the liner.

Now I have to Scold you a bit as you should enjoy your Holiday on Curacao and Relax instead of Working. Of course, I Appreciate your Dedication to the Company, but you are useless to us if you Overwork yourself and run headfirst into Burnout. But I am sure you will find enough Distractions at Curacao to Relax.

I have looked a bit into our Database and the Liner Maldives is indeed already almost 7 years old and has seen Several Million Guests by now. And while we build our Ships for Endurance and Comfort it seems to be Time for the Maldives to get a little Makeover. I have Looked into our Funds for this and into your Proposed List of Improvements and I think these are some good ideas. If the Upgrades in the Systems and the Equipment on board indeed free up that much space then I have to admit that I am deeply Impressed. I have Checked our Funds and I can offer you a Starting Capital of 5 Million Credits for the Rebuild and Refurbishment of the Maldives. If you are Discovering in the Process of Refurbishment that more Credits are Needed to Finish the Work and lead the Maldives back to Greatness then we can surely talk about this.

As for Miss Piper Robinson and her involvement in this project, I agree with your assessment that she would be a great asset in this refurbishment and renovation. But such a Project is a Pretty Big Endeavour so if she wants to then she can Request the Help and Support of the Orbital Spa and Cruise Design Team on Curacao for everything that she might need.

But for now, I will Congratulate you on the Outstanding Work that you have done so far and Order you to enjoy the Rest of your holiday. We can Discuss anything Further once you Return to the Office after this Holiday.
