Gratz,

Hope they consider it.:)

Allright, small update. Just finished work on Omega 11... To solve some issues with the system, it had to practically be redesigned. A lane is added to Solarius, but the distance to travel to Solarius is slightly longer (yet, due to the lane, actual travel time shorter). Freital and most jumpholes are shifted to the right of the system, in a position to strike at the lane. Relatively short distances between jumpholes will make smuggling through the system possible (with the exception of the Omega 5 and 41 holes which are a bit further). System has also been expanded a bit, but ambient radiation has been reduced to compensate for the longer travel times in the system. This should also make mining a bit easier since it'll take longer for equipment to decay. The amount of good mining spots has been reduced from 5 to 3.

I've also fixed encounters and added tradepaths in most other Omegas - 47, 47, 50. A hole from Cayman to Omega 50 is added to allow for some conflict between the Coalition and RoS. (Missions in Omega 50 can be taken against either faction).

Next region: Hispanic Omicrons.

What magnitude of difficulty are we talking? Snub or Cap missions?

Depends on the difficulty of the mission you take. RoS doesn't have caps, but the Coalition does have a destroyer and gunboat in it's arsenal.

Update:
Continued work on the various systems that need it:
- Omicron Zeta shrunk and encounters/patrols fixed. Added a jumphole to the relocated BHG Core system (Omega 56, to become Omicron Rho) and added a small Core outpost near it. Average travel distance through this system should be around 50K now, instead of the previous 100. Also added a few convenient exclusion corridors in the asteroid field, so caps can move about easier. Order/Core/Keeper capfleets: En-joy.
- Fixed encounters and spawns in Omicron Mu. What a mess that was...
- Fixed encounters in Omicron Delta and Kappa. Added jumphole to Omicron Rho in Delta (in that gas cloud that has the Core base).
- Fixed some broken patrol paths in Omicron Iota.
- Fixed spawns and patrol paths in Sigma 17 and 19. Also relocated the gas mining zones a bit closer to the jumpgate/base, and reduced the amount of them (3 in each field now).

could you add an exclusion corridor forsigma 19 cloud, beta jh? and within omicron beta to easier allow caps to go to Eta? also, i got an question: is it possible to make a roid field have very dense edges andmore spacious cores? as if it was hollowed out? second question: is there any plans for CapeWrath, Outcast base in Newcastle? that base need some love. its been virtuallyuntouchedsince 4.84

I wanted to remind about this one, thank you for your time.

The Sigma 19 cloud contains no roids, so no exclusion corridor is needed there. Asteroid fields are typically more dense the deeper you go into them, so no on your second request. To my knowledge there's no plans for Cape Wrath, but I haven't started work on Bretonia yet. The path to Eta is through Omicron 85 for the Corsairs, and that path is already open.

Seems I also failed to mention a previous update:
Systems changes for the Hispanic Omicrons, and partial Kusari:
- Changed arrangement of the systems near Omicron Alpha to lengthen travel time to Alpha and solve several trade path issues. Added encounters where appropriate, including gunboat ones near the various holes. If you're hostile to the Outcasts, you're in for a rough time when using that shortcut.
- Tau 37 connects through Omicron 81 to Alpha. Lorraine connects through Omicron 80 and 81 to Alpha. (or over Omicron 82 to Alpha, but that's rather ill-advised). This creates a buffer for the outcasts. Bases in Omicron 81 have been placed near the jumpholes to both systems to allow players to still quickly launch raids into the Taus.
- Tweaked encounters in Omicron Eta - ambient encounters will include heavy ships of both the Corsairs and Outcasts now. Also moved the Corsair jumphole and base out of the asteroid field (still in the nebula though) to give the heavies an easier time to undock. It's basically a proper warzone now.
- Reworked Lambda, added encounters and trade paths. This system appeared to be unfinished.
- Sigma 17 now connects through Lambda to Theta to solve several trade shortcuts. This also creates an easier route into the Nomad Omicrons, over Lambda and Kappa.
- Lengthened the travel time in Beta by moving the holes - but added an asteroid exclusion corridor from both holes to Ruiz to give bigger ships an easier time. Note you'll have to fly past Ruiz to stay in this corridor.
- Nagano and Rishiri have been relocated, basically to where Chugoku and Tau 63 are now. They will form a gate connection to Gallia, most likely to Lorraine's inactive gate (although that's subject to change since Gallia will need more then minor tweaks and fixes).
- The Mito shipyard is moved into Chugoku. The Mito addon has been split off (it was a seperate base entry) and moved into Honshu, near the Sigma 13 and Okinawa holes - it will serve as the BD/GC strike point into Sigma 13 from there. Tau 63 as an empty system has become a deadend, connecting only to Chugoku.
