Circumstances:
I encountered both on an Escort trip.
The Rogue passed me and my Transport was already safe, so I took a little time to knock him out.

The Spatial was encountered on my way back with the Transport which was again being kept safe near a base.
The guy in the Spatial looked rather mentally insane, only a few words were exchanged.
At first I didn't notice he was actually out to shoot stuff.

I was on my way to Manchester, flying through Cortez System. The pirates were at the trade lane Planet Curacao and Manchester jump gate. The lane was cut and i asked the pirates some questions. In the end I engaged to secure the lane and traders going through this system.
