I caught this guy and an Outcast gunship pirating a trader in Tau-23. I was targeting Hector while letting the Outcast try to shoot me, then a group of EFL showed and the Outcast ran off. I chased Hector into Tau-37 and killed him while he was running for the freeport. The EFL finished off the Outcast before I could get back to the fight.

I got reports of pirate activity in New Tokyo, and started trying to catch this guy and his teammate, but did not catch up with them until Tau-31. Imagine my surprise to find that he was flying a Corsair gunboat, pirating throughout Kyushu and the Taus. Either way, he didnt last too long once I caught him. He took some damage from the GRN too, but its pretty clear I did most of the work.
