RE: Online activity - Zen_Mechanics - 07-18-2013 I think you understand my vocabulary different, I'm not complaining its a hard fact, and one person can't always make a difference. I will appreciate if you ease off my back a little thank you. RE: Online activity - sindroms - 07-18-2013 Or we could stop beating a dead horse. I think you guys are missing a vital moment, when people would rather spend their time with friends or family outside, rather than at the PC screen. Drop in activity is normal. RE: Online activity - Eugen - 07-18-2013 well a good idea would be to not allow pirating in a newcomer system (pennsylvania). yes i look at to various LR and Outcasts player´s with gunboats and Dread´s that camping the jumpgate RE: Online activity - Swallow - 07-18-2013 (07-18-2013, 01:08 PM)Tel-Aviv Wrote: I think you understand my vocabulary different, I'm not complaining its a hard fact, and one person can't always make a difference. Drop in activity is normal.Well, true thing, but if only it was the main and one reason for activity drop down... RE: Online activity - sindroms - 07-18-2013 Well, the main reason is simple aint it? We are all twentysomethings here, so as the years get by and we move from collage to paid jobs, then we do not have as much time to play FL anymore. That and RP just seems more and more silly to many of us, or just how the people here view it just a tad too seriously for the game to stop being a game and become a second job or a cause for drama. RE: Online activity - Swallow - 07-18-2013 Agreed, it sounds reasonable, Disco is getting old, and new generation is far above it, so lets just face truth and let it slooowly die.... Meh, you've just crushed any enthusiasm last in my head. RE: Online activity - Toaster - 07-18-2013 I just read the first page, so ignore this if it's been suggested: Make a big billboard-like station, place it in front of Erie, and advertise the forums on it. That oughta get some newcomers interested. RE: Online activity - Wraga - 07-18-2013 When I was so "young" on this server, there were "un-official" events. I've met with a training event at Betlehem what made by random dudes from the LN but anybody could join. Since its a roleplay server, members are a must and everybody have to focus on others if he want to enjoy this game. Personally I suggest something what could invite people to meet, talk and play with each other. It could be event or anything, just focus on each other and be creative. RE: Online activity - titanbot - 07-18-2013 Activity. Bring us some activity. When was the highest activity around here? 4.85, was told - shorter lengths meaning frequent raids, meaning fun for everyone involved. Undo the nerfs of some ID's (like Order) and nerf others (like K'Hara - restriction to the Nomad space as per the map). Bring those back, and force mining to be profitable only on the stuff that actually is a luxury (Gold, Diamonds, etc). Disable Barge Jump Trading (it works again), delete the credit cards from the high payroll missions. Advertise! Advertisements will bring about new players to try this mod, and play it. That's what I would do to get more players into playing this game. ![]() titan RE: Online activity - Enkidu - 07-18-2013 Quote:Well, the main reason is simple aint it? I'm sixteen. The youngest (good) Rp'er I know on this mod is twelve. Sindroms, younger members join all the time.
