Noob ID

Pilot carrying this ID is a noob who:

1) Can go around shooting anything as they please.
2) Can engage battleships in a starflier.
3) Can go on the online player list,look for players 80 or above,and ask them for money.
4) Can undock and re-engage when killed.

Allowed Ships: Starflier,restarted CSV,battleships.
