RE: Change of Leadership needed: - Beauenheim - 08-19-2013 Prysin, how could you let it go to this point? If no one in the faction wants it, that means it's time for it to go. RE: Change of Leadership needed: - DarthBindo - 08-19-2013 Skype name: eziodellafrancesca age: 28 Years playing disco: 3 years Time spent playing Outcasts: literally zero. Reason to take over: I've built two factions from the ground up, and helped Avalanche build two more as a valued command staff member. I've been trusted enough to lead the Brotherhood and Interspace Commerce; I know what it takes to build, grow, and maintain a faction, especially one with as storied a history as the 101st, for whom i have never had anything but respect. As a Corsair Elder, I've experience dealing with, herding, and ultimately leading a vast number of not-always the most intelligent of indies; experience with working together with other factions that may or may not share your same viewpoints, even though you desire the same goals. As a student of Discovery's history, I'm familiar with the Outcast lore (albeit from the four other sides of the table) and your diplomacy, attitude, and roleplay. The responses in this thread make it clear that the current path the 101st is on, for all it's brilliant past deeds and exploits, is one of decay and malnutrition; what it needs more than anything is fresh blood, fresh ideas, and new. recruits. I know I'm not the best Outcast player for the job you ask, but I believe I am the best person. Wow that sounds totally not humble. Reason to take over: Y.O.L.O RE: Change of Leadership needed: - Reid - 08-19-2013 Skype name: reid.taylor57 age: 18 AND A HALF Years playing disco: like 3 or 4 Time spent playing Outcasts: Since 2004 or sth Reason to take over: By taking over 101st I can give more assets to the CL and make Princess Rina Como a reality Or fly around with a bitchin battleship. Same diff RE: Change of Leadership needed: - Zayne Carrick - 08-19-2013 Skype name: dtanana age: 19-few days Years playing disco: 1,5 Time spent playing Outcasts: some months Reason to take over: I can steal Chenzo's Defilers RE: Change of Leadership needed: - Vladimir - 08-19-2013 Quote:I will be the final judge. More like, the final nail, amirite? Oh wait. We're talking about the future. RE: Change of Leadership needed: - jonnaffen747 - 08-19-2013 Hm, Also I will just begin with the tasks you gaved us : Skype name: johnaffen747 age: 16 (in 2 weeks 17) Years playing disco: 3 Years Time spent playing Outcasts: 100-200 Hours if I count all my ships in, mostly Pirating to yarr up some traders Or some lil' PvP's in Conn.Reason to take over: I would really like to take over the 101st, I'm Young fresh meat That could help to get something fresh into the 101st I am active (10 Hours+ a day) everytime online in Skype. I would get some more Activity to 101st because activity is one of my Basic Rules in every Faction. Without Activity no Gameplay. I would see who is Active and let them in, give them who are inactive a last chance to get some more Activity back again. I would like to get 101st back to old chairs and make his name more fame. A new Age of Time will begin if you vote me to it's Leader. I even was before in much other Factions but not really in a Outcast Faction, but hey I am Creative and got already some plans. It would be a honor for me to take over this Command.Signed, Luke (inRP : Senior Sanchez) RE: Change of Leadership needed: - Prysin - 08-19-2013 (08-19-2013, 02:02 AM)Sabre Wrote: this thread is semi moot. then there is no need to even let it die. My wish has come true. Divine will be leading 101st henceforth. He is the only pilot left, beside myself, that knows how this faction has evolved over the years. I wish the CL good luck. You will be a great addition to outcast roleplay. RE: Change of Leadership needed: - Anaximander - 08-19-2013 So no furry 101st leader? I'm confused because this thread says one thing about the leadership of 101st, whilst other posts say other things. EDIT: Also I vote for whoever played Savannah Maya, I had good encounters with that person. RE: Change of Leadership needed: - Sol - 08-19-2013 Good luck to Divine and the 101st. Represent the faction well, care about providing for your NPC faction in general, then nobody will find any fault in you. Be kind and humble so you can gather helpful and willing people around you. Make sure to set up boundaries clearly about what you want your people to do and what not to, inform your people about them, then do your best so they stay within them. Praise the virtous. Promote the worthy, and keep the unworthy in low positions, so they can learn and adjust. Activity and play time is not the most important thing, but the high ranks should be in the game enough so they can actually be examples like they are supposed to. Set up good relations with your enemies and be understanding when things frak up from time to time. Everybody wants to have fun, so a common understanding is a must unless you want to sacrifice your opposition or yourself. Never blame your own members. As you take them in, they become your responsibility. If someone is too troublesome to keep, just don't keep him. lol |
