RE: Kusari Exiles Faction existence: Official or Unofficial - Zelot - 03-06-2014

Hey guys, I am here, things are a bit busy in my life, but I have been trying to re-establish the Ronin faction. Also, I check in on the forums often, at least a few times a week, even when I am busy, a pm will always get a fairly quick response, as that sends a message to my email, which gets to me very quickly. It has been hard to get people who are interested in playing. I tried to put together a good group of veteran rpers about two months ago, but I was the only one who ever wanted to fly. I am very interested in getting it off the ground and would love anyone who is interested in playing the exiles to come and join up. That said, if people want to form their own group, that is their prerogative.

As to the point of having a character lead a faction, this has been the case quite often in disco. When Kogen was the Emperor, it was as figurehead character, who followed the agreements of a group of faction leaders from all the lawful factions in Kusari. Should the Exiles succeed in overthrowing the current government of Kusari and return to power ( a long shot) Kogen would go back to being a figurehead for the leaders of the factions of the house.

One of the problems in the previous version, was that the Exiles had very limited options and only one enemy. My goal is to use the Exiles to push a civil war in Kusari, generating activity for the Exiles, as well as for Kusari as a whole. I do want a group of military leadership to help run the faction, as I can't be around 24 hours a day. The problem comes in finding people interested. So if you are interested, please, let me know and get on board, the Exiles could use the help.

I should add, to anyone interested in the Exiles, please, join up and play, we need the help. Whether you join the Ronin faction, or strike out on your own, this is an NPC faction that could use some player love.

Glad that we had a response from you, Zelot. And yes, I see people interested in this faction. Plus in the current situation, Exiles have got a role to play. A much influential role in making to be precise.

I am not yet sure of what is to be done. Resurrecting Ronin can be a good move or else starting from the first could also punch some new ideas in to this NPC faction lore.

Well, anyone can shed some light on GMG-Ronin ? A member preferably or people who know about them ?? Smile

Were they a part of Ronins or separate ?? If separate, anything they had same with Ronins ??

Just came to hear about them. Really didn't understand. So, thought of asking the community here to fill my ignorance Big Grin

GMG-Ronin were a bunch of players, quite a long time ago, who didnt really have a grasp of the RP that was going on with the GMG. They came before the Exiles Ronin group, and left the server long before the Exiles Ronin group came into existence. They were only around briefly, I think it was 4.85.

So, Singularity, do you plan on trying this? If so a Skype group might be nice at some point.
