The good news is, I should be back around before Christmas or so, provided I can get FL to run on the new computer I'm getting.
Anyway if and when I'm able to get back around I'll likely try to revive RKS

Well, new Kusari police faction appeared in the meantime, so maybe you can think about some cooperation or even merge. On the other hand who knows if they will be still playing around Christmas, of course.

I'm all for cooperating with other groups and the like, especially since the current system allows for multiple groups to share an ID. I don't think it would make things too difficult, especially since part of the "lore" if you will, for the RKS is that they were just one particular branch of the State Police, not intending to represent the entirety of the state police "in lore".
So anyway it'll be neat if the other group is still around and if the two groups could fly together and such, if I can manage to revive the RKS at all that is.

Well as the one who founded the KSP I am glad to see that old KSP players are coming back. If you are interested in cooperation I would love that. Let me know so we can see if we could work something out, that special branch of the KSP sounds intersting.

I'm more than happy to cooperate with any existing KSP groups, at least in terms of roleplaying and flying together. I'm not looking for a merger or anything like that at this time though, if that's what you mean. I think that's okay though, there's plenty of room for both groups, especially given the way the 'lore' of the 'Territorial Police' was written.
That and, seeking officialdom isn't in our immediate plans, so there won't be some power struggle or something, or at least I don't intend on creating one. xD
Let me know if you wanna fly together sometime though and we could get some big activity together
