This wouldn't work for several reasons:
4) Some of the players may be mute.
3) Some of the players may be deaf.
2) Not everyone would hear or be able to talk because of technical reasons or shyness.
And the major one:
1) Admins, Angels and Players would have no evidence in case of breaking the rules.

Trying to picture listening to 12 yr old Admirals barking orders and grown men trying to roleplay little girls is making my sides ache from laughter.

Also, as mentioned, too many headaches for us Greenies to have to deal with.

The 9 y old liberty cat fleet admirals will have a really hard time changing their russian to wana-be american accent.

Also the average disco player has characters with origin from at least 3 houses. That means the average disco player needs to work on at least 3 foreign english accents.
