I have been busy those days, and since now I have a spare moment, I'll report what did happen.
My Drone, the Seiun.Maru, was unoperative after some engine issues I noticed during its trial flight. As of this, I first asked the quartermaster on Kabukicho to try to fix it. He succeded optimally. After this quick fix, I brought Kyushu Rice to our Corsair friends on Crete and brought back top-quality Artifacts, sorted after they were unloaded on Kabukicho. It appeares my cam didn't record the sale of the Artifacts on Kabukicho. How odd. Nevertheless, the quartermaster on Kabukicho will vouch out of me. Lying to someone is a form of dishonour, and I never lied to anyone.
I also happened to meet the Takarabune's transport [HA]-Tb|Kani-maru in Kyushu yesterday. He told me of having seen one Cody.Faulkner, flying a Camara freighter and hauling strange stuff. Since it got away before I arrived, I couldn't assure what was the 'strange stuff' he told me of. To cut is short, I offered to escort him to the Golden Dragon Casino, to drop his cargo. Then, we departed to Junyo, where we parted ways. He rewarded me for the escorting, of course. And, during the chat, I was given the opportunity to aknowledge myself in front of the Takarabune Conglomerate's Oyabun and, maybe, to become a part of it.

Recently the Association has settled some ongoing negotiations with the Corsair empire regarding the use of Corsair technology. Due to those talks, the Corsairs have set up a shipment contract to be concluded by the HA.
Down below you can see a copy of the message that describes the materials the Corsairs requested for the completion of an Imperator class gunboat, that will be lent to the Association efforts in what way it's deemed necessary.

Greetings, esteemed colleagues. Shinsuke Kobayashi, reporting in.
It looks like the Sorted Artifacts are more and more needed all over Sirius. In fact, the reserves on Kabukicho are running dry on them day by day. As such, I resolved myself to make a trip all the way to Crete to see if they still had high-quality artifacts. Alas, they ran a little short on them somehow. So I resolved to pick, on my way back, some Sorted Artifacts from the Hawaii.
On Crete, I embarked some Vacationers on my Raba and brought them to the nearest Luxury Liner-the Hawaii-where I left them.
Then I loaded my ship with some top quality Sorted Artifacts and headed back to Kabukicho. As before, everything was quiet and silent.
I noticed no GMG ships in the Sigmas lately. It is good news to us, for we can go back and forth to our Corsair friends swiftly.
In any case, I advice extreme caution anyway. Those nebula dwellers can pop up at any time.
As a side note, I completed the Goal 10 - Home Banking Savings. Below, you will find the deposit to our bank account, [HA]Kaigai.Ginko, of the sum of 20 million standard credits needed to deem this goal as completed.
Also, I completed some of the deliveries regarding our deal with the Corsair Empire (Link to delivery proof).

The Fisherman
This old head of mine joyfully receives the rays of the Shikoku sun, as we have returned to our homeland, Junyo, after a trip to the lands of the Corsairs.
Word from our representative was that the Corsairs had been asking for some direct contacts with the Oyabuns of the Association, and I decided it was a grand time to head out into space, to bring our prized goods to their hungry mouths, and the sage words to their starving ears.
With me travelled lady Yakumo-san, from the Silvereye Dragons, which came with word from her own Lady to the Corsairs. The Association most influential syndicates would be represented on our travel.
We took some time with the preparations, and set out in our regular route, crossing the path to Omicron Gamma without incident.
We arrived at Skiros, and announced our arrival to the control tower. They said a señor from the Corsair Trade Company wished to meet us, and we proceeded to do so.
Mister Vittorio Fernando de Sanchez Rodriguez, or Sanchez-dono, is the leader of the CTC, and welcomed us to Omicron Gamma. We spoke at length about the business that our respective sides had consolidated, and what we hoped to achieve in our joint future projects.
Sanchez-dono presented a request for us, involving the Imperial Exiles. It seems that the war exploits have reached far and wide, and the Corsairs, or CTC at least, has expressed interest in establishing a good relation with the Imperial faction. Sanchez-dono has entrusted us with a message of support to the Imperial command, and a wish for an arranged meeting between the CTC and the Imperials whenever possible. Lady Yukari and myself have accepted said request, and will make efforts to complete it.
At the same time, we have asked that the Corsairs would make efforts in convincing the Imperials in discarding the bretonian support and influences that are slowing them down, and would cause animosity if the Corsairs decided to present a more active support to the Imperial cause.
Ending our first meeting, we were invited by Sanchez-dono to his mansion in Planet Crete, for rest and celebration, and to visit his prized artifact collection.
Various goods from Kusari were delivered to the markets of Crete, for the good use of the business of the natives.

Elder Brother Zhou here, stationed on the Takkinai Depot, our latest addition to our great efforts of returning the Sigmas back to their rightful rulers.
Today I had a most unusual guest in our zone of operations, as my eyes were greeted with the presence of a Liberty cruiser near our forward base.
The LNS-Shamrock.Bay , commanded by a Commander Matthew Hemlock, appeared suspiciously silent at first, but eventually gave us some information as to his presence in the sector, far away from anything Liberty related. Apparently, he ran into some political troubles over the Delta crisis.
Sensing that his presence could be an interesting piece on the balance of forces in the region, I offered him our services so he could hide and rest while planning whatever he intends to do next with a liberty cruiser, now wanted by a whole Liberty house. He declined our generous offer, for the moment.
We hope that he could be a valuable asset for our continuous struggles for Kusari rights in the region... or at least a burden that can be easily disposed of.

Not only that, but it seems someone is encroaching on our turf as well, although I have been unable to determine if it is one group or more.
Yesterday however, someone failed to keep it under tabs, and a spectacular failure reached the headlines here in Honshu. As far as I know, they say some Hogosha were involved, but so far as I can tell, it was just some non-Associate syndicate.
However, the pitiful show they got themselves involved, with the addition of a hogosha boss dead has attracted the attention of the KSP vultures. We will have to delay our runs to Kamakura Base (not the Town) and Takkinai for a week or so, due to the snooping investigators asking questions and the search warrants in effect in the area for Kamakura (the Town, not the base).
I ask all Associates to provide us with any information about the incident you might come across. I don't wanna get caught with my pants down because some wise guys don't know how to keep their fingers off the triggers while on my territory.

I excuse myself for the lack of comms from my side, it has been a harsh time for my parents down on New Tokyo.
Anyway, aside from personal issues. Let me get to the point:
I have been asked from the Oyabun Council to reopen communications with our noble allies, the Corsairs.
However, I received only an answer, from Icarus Augustopoulos, of the Custodi.
He asked us to haul shipbuilding commodities to any Corsair station, as I heard the Corsair Empire is developing a new capital ship to add to their fleet. Below, the link to the comm.

Konnichiwa, my fellow associates, old friends and new. Akemashite omedetou gozaimasu, happy new year for all. It has indeed been a while since I have news to report to the Association, but news are news none the less.
During the past year, our most recent talent Shinsuke Kobayashi has proven his worth, procuring work for the Conglomerate, and keeping our reputation with our partners high. His efforts have been recognized by me, and I believe his status should be reflective of his contributions. Kobayashi-san has been promoted to 2nd Class Agent of the Conglomerate. May we count on his works from now on as we have done.
Not only he's worthy of recognition for his deeds, but he also possesses an eye for value as well. Through his recommendation, the Takarabune Conglomerate welcomes the Associate Teo Jháng to our fold, as a 3rd Class Agent. May he become a beacon of our values, and flag of the Takarabune at home and abroad.
