You do realize that your demonstrations of how stupid you are in threads are rather pointless. We already know. That being said, LN makes the decisions with all lawfuls. Anyway...the reason why sometimes lawfuls win and sometimes pirates win is because, 80% of each of these factions, LR, XA, HF or whatnot, are either in LSF, LN or LPI as well. Can't be online at the same time, so you get a rather dumb balance of power. The 80% might not be entirely correct but it ain't a figure much smaller than that either. So yeah, doing things differently is rather hard.

Think on that for a bit. All I'm gonna say.
To be honest, it's a little hard for you to do anything but huddle around Manhattan when there are Outcasts, unlawful bounty hunters and whatnot sitting around Manhattan and you're the single only lawful personell on fullstop. With my timezone, it happens so much that I find it suicidal to stray away from anything you'd call civillization. No thanks, I'll stick with stopping smugglers when the ods are that suicidally stacked.
My excuse anyway, although I have seen such situations with four or five Lawfuls sitting around doing nothing. Usually they're indies.

Most of the traffic within Liberty space (unlawful. smugglers, and ordinary traffic) occurs in New York. Plus it's the house capital, so obviously it will be heavily patrolled.
