To all citizens and visitors to Rheinland space,

The following formal amendments have been made to travel regarding the Dresden system.

§6.1.5. New Berlin - Sector D/E7

§6.1.5.1 Members of the Bounty Hunters Guild, members of the Core, and Freelancers under contract by Rheinland law enforcement agencies are exempted.

§6.1.6. Dresden System/Any Access Points

§6.1.6.1 Members of the Bounty Hunters Guild, members of the Core, and Freelancers under contract by Rheinland law enforcement agencies are exempted.
