Aren't there bounty boards the Reavers can collect on already cause you think they would be logging if all there needed to be is money =P

I would join, but flying around with a faction tag on a pirate makes piracy hard. Either you get a horde of navy/police guys on you, or no transports through the system. Even on my indie Rogue, I have to re-locate each time I encounter anyone.
Until someone fixes the player list, Rogues are going to be relegated to yet another faction to shoot at navy peeps, and there are much more attractive options for that, unfortunately.
