Johnny...just because a carrier is physically bigger than a BS doesn't mean it HAS to be better/stronger/etc. It is bigger, because it's RP role is to serve as a fighter/snub carrying platform. It is NOT supposed to be a heavily-armored warship that clashes with Battleships. That is what OTHER Battleships, Cruisers, and Bombers are for.
Im still have no answer to the question, why Navy have no class18 Battleships like all others?
It is soooo dificult to try to RP with someone who is just looking for shooting his big weapons... i felt it just today, and I have the LOG (really funny) if you want to read how a Turttle opened fire into me incoming directly in front... Because Atlantis is really big (easy to aim) and move really slowly... i can just die and say goodbye... no chance... no RPing... This is what i want to avoid. If the ships are better balanced, this will not happens.
As i said before... it is really easy to earn enough cash to buy a Battleship as Rheinland/Outcast/Rogue.... etc.... Really hard to manage RPing with that guys just want to shoot.
I repeat, i dont understand why Navy have no class18 BS.
Really? strafe with the Atlantis? hahaha for the size... have not much effect, trust me.

Sure !, Factions with class18 Battleships: Corsairs Dreadnought; Council Battleship; Gallic Battleship; Hellfire Legion Battleship; Kusari Battleship; Outcast Dreadnought; Rheinland Battleship; Zoner Colony Ship; Persephone (well... its only for admins hehe)
I see now,... all others Dreadnoughts are class18, but the LIberty Dreadnought is class16 ??!?!?!?!?!?

That is not a reason for having worst ships... not fair MUST BE better pilots... why not reversed? all others max class17, but Libery NAvy max class18... lets see what do you think then hehehehehehe.

It's not the enemy's fault that you can't pilot, keep your distance from it and RP all the hell you want.
As far as the lib dread is concerned - in the right hands it will surely wipe the floor with a turtle.

You've got it entirely wrong buddy.
The balance you're talking about is already there - every capital has its weaknesses, the turtle one is obviously its shape, size and agility, but with more armor and firepower to compensate.
The liberty dread has limited firepower and lower hull, but its shape, size and agility compensate for that.
And so on, and so on.
You should have known better not to front a turtle, there's nothing OP about it, its just you that did the mistake of approaching it.
Every capital has its pros and cons and it all depends on the pilot to use them to their advantage, if you're saying that all capital's stats should be stripped and set to one value for all ships just because you don't know how to fly a said ship, that's just duh.
