I'm amazed you don't know Ace Combat 5. Razgriz is a reference to the actual Razgriz (previously: Wardog) Squadron that was labeled as rogue and traitors by the Osean Military - in the games story.
In short, in AC5 Razgriz and their small fleet act alike Kusari Exiles in Discovery.
